[redacted] usps.com Shows the controller was received Yes, our inventory was backed up by *** [redacted] and [redacted] main manufactureDealing with orders a week plus repairsWe work on a first come first serve baseYour controller was handled with care and within the regulations as to we offerWe do what we can when we have products in hand, no excuses!

[redacted] Tracking states is has been deliveredI do understand the current situation of your item not being received on the time we offerAs of weeks ago our main distributor "D&H" who work strictly with Microsoft and Sony placed over $of our inventory on back order as well as our sister companiesThus delaying us the ability to ship anything out within the time frame we offerAs some of our products are arriving we are shipping by date orderedOur expected onventory has arrived! We have been working fanticly to catch upWith that being done, our customer service center has also been backed up with xthe amount of calls / emails we receive on a basisWe are working our hardest to fulfill all needs and concernsAs we ask for the up-most patients for this was out of our hands is IS NOT a regular occurrence from our company

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! We ordered a controller for my sons birthday and paid for day expedited shippingWe were immediately charged $175+ on our credit cardHowever, after several WEEKS of not receiving the item, getting constant excuses (and that's only when we could get in touch with someone...most of the time you just get a voice message when you call), being promised added features at no cost for our inconvenience and overnight shipping, on and on and on...we finally just disputed the charge on our credit card & cancelled the orderIt wasn't until this all took place that I started looking into the company online and found that they have several complaints against themThere are even messages on their own Facebook page from people trying to reach them (since you can't get a hold of anyone by phone) because they too had not received items that they had purchased but had already been charged forI guess I should have researched them before I bought instead of afterwards but let me just sayWhen dealing with Dynamic Essentialz, buyer beware!!!!

Worst Customer service I have ever experienced I have been calling and emailing them for weeks only to hear crickets Hire some more staff, you guys suck! stars, had to cancel my order and do a chargeback

Just got my controller yesterday took about daysI LOVE IT, isee these negative reviews and I called them about it , they says they were under new management nowwell they sure were telling the truth because this company is awesome and all the youtube reviews lately have been showin thatjust wanted to straighten things up customers should know the truthcheck it out -  [redacted]

I am rejecting this response because:there was no resolution, just another excuse, ive heard back order was why I havnt recieved anything, than it was technical issues in the warehouse, now its that they are under new managment, ive emailed and it just gets dodged with another excuseI want my product in which I have paid fully for, compensation for the ridiculous behavior is still up to the company and compensation is up to the companyThe order # is 8001, same as it has always been amd is even the title of the email between me personally and the companyAlso the company never let me know of new management ever, I also paid extra for a speedy service which in tge end just turned into profit for the company

I ordered a controller from this company back in November, They immediately promised all these things and promised upgrades as needed, It took several weeks to get my controller, wanted to give as Christmas gift to grandson, but it didn't make it here on time It finally arrived in time to give it to him on his birthday in January After using it one day, it messed up and wouldn't work right You cannot reach these people by phone or email, they will not respond I got the name of person I was dealing with and eventually he quit correspondence with me on email I still have the messed up controller after sending it back at my own expense, they returned it saying it worked now IT STILL DIDN'T WORK!!!!! I now have a $controller that won't work and cannot get a response! DON'T ORDER FROM THEM!!!

We did provide the refund of the $9.99, attached is proof of that [redacted] placed another order with us for $119.99, and cancelled that orderWe waived the restocking fee and refunded him that charge as well for freeWe've attached proof of that as wellWe also did provide him with the one-day rush service that he paid forWe have the FedEx tracking to show that we sent the controller out and that he received itWe've done everything that we can, as well as waived fees, to make [redacted] happy

Yes, we did receive this customers controller for a repairWe stated to the customer that our inventory was placed on back order for nearly weeksWe now have our inventory in which we are using to complete the current orders needed to be fulfilledAs we explained to this customer, we are waiting on more additional inventory which is also still on back order to replace his year old controller with a brand new one Yet, we are still on the back order list from "D&H" Sony and Microsoft's main distributorAs we did explain to this customer please bare with us some patients, it has been about weeks since we received the repair for a replacementTwo weeks we have also been waiting on our productsAgain, patients would be greatly appreciated as this matter is out of our handsWe have over seven thousand dollars worth of inventory still to be delivered to usWe are hearing by next Monday everything will be inAs every customer is important to us no matter the situation nor circumstances we do need to fulfill orders that have yet to be shipped compared to someone who has had one for a year and needing a repair for itFor the troubles, we will include additional customization "free of charge" to resolve any further complaints Thank You
