The initial project estimate was reasonable which got him the contractOnce he had the contract and initial downpayment, he disappeared for weeksI kept trying to contact him with no responseSeveral weeks into this process, I text messaged him that I was going to take the project to another contractorHe got a crew out within a few days and started workWork progressed very quickly which ordinarily wouldn't have been an issue, but when problems arose; he was MIAHe did not return phone calls, text messages or e-mailsNot to mention that he took the initial signed contract and discarded it, came up with a new contract which was significantly higher in price (with no explanation for the increase in cost)Then, when I wanted things that were done incorrectly, corrected, he wanted an additional $I do not think this is reasonable or good customer servicemonths in, the project is still not complete and I am very unhappy with his performance and extremely unhappy with the lack of communication which led to these problemsoverall extremely poor customer service and poor workmanship, this is an update to a previous reviewI hired this contractor to do a bedroom addition by converting a garage space to a bedroom, consistently unable to reach the contractor, when problems arose; couldn't reach the contractorThen when I wanted mistakes and incorrectly done work corrected, I was told it would cost me an additional $dollarsI declined and will hire another contractor to correct the incorrect and incomplete work, poor workmanship is evident in the garage, where the sheetrock was taken completely down to the concrete floorwhen I actually drive my car into the other garage space, the ice and snow drip off of the car and will ruin the sheetrock....mold, destroyed wall, everything else you would expect from water meeting the sheetrockSo I cannot actually use the garage space which is attached to the house unless it is a dry day.......I'm not happy with this at allPoor, poor, poor experience and totally unexpected from someone who is supposed to be a "MASTER" workman, and who stated that all of his workers are "MASTER" electricians, contractors, etcetcJudging by the paint and workmanship of my job; this is a complete and total llie

We built our dream home that has been a nightmare for almost yearsDuring this process we were referred to Dynamic Exteriors to assist determining what, if anything, was wrong with our roof
*** from Dynamic Exteriors came out to investigate our situationHe not only found the problem, but found a great deal more that our builder performed poorly*** was very knowledgable, thorough, and professional that I can't imagine using anyone else for this work
My wife and I consider *** to be a trusted advisor for all things roof\exterior related on our home

This is the worst experience I have ever had with a contractor. The job should have been completed in a couple of months according to the contractor at a set price. The job actually took 8 months and double the estimate. I also found out that this contractor was not licensed to do this job, but was working under another contractor's licence without informing me of this. At one point the plumber came to me and said he wasn't paid by the general contractor and was planning to put a lien on the property so I had to pay him separately. The general contractor, Mr. Lee [redacted], also charged me an additional $7000 at the completion of the job for additional things he said he did without getting my approval. I payed it just to get rid of this guy. BEWARE of Dynamic Exteriors, Owner is LEE [redacted].
