We embrace the opportunity to discuss concerns with our service as we constantly strive to improve Our work with the Revdex.com has been rewarding and continually helps us move forward with positive actions.In our three offices in the Treasure Valley we receive untold numbers of phone calls, texts and emails on a daily basis Our team works diligently to respond to all communications within hours with accuracy and timeliness To assist us in this endeavor we utilize acutting-edge communication system that electronically records every communication that comes into our offices When concerns with our communications arise, this system proves extremely valuable in providing unquestioned documentation of our communications with clients Following a complete review of the recorded communications with this client we have the following response:This client began our program on June 4th, She was scheduled for her initial re-check on June 13th, On June 12th, at 11:AM this client left a message that she would not be able to make her appointment on June 13thIn the recorded message she stated she had to leave the state to help her Mother She stated on the recorded message she would call us when she was able to re-schedule Out of respect for her situation and after reviewing her recorded message to our office, we waited to hear from this client.On June 22nd, this client called our office at 8:in the morning and left a recorded message The office was closed at that time She also texted our clinic director at 8:the same morning Our clinic director responded to the text at 9:that same morning, this was less than minutes after the initial message was left on our system Following a number of recorded text messages back and forth with the client, our clinic director had to suspend the communication for a 10:meeting She called the client at 12:the same day and spoke to the client for minutes.During the minute conversation our clinic director expressed her sympathy for the client’s unfortunate situation She told the client we would pray for her Mother and her as they went through this challenging situation Our clinic director readily agreed to modifythe financial arrangements for the client This amounted to a 50% reduction in the cost of the program and completely forgave the amount the client still owed the clinic This action was taken due to the unfortunate situation the client found herself in Our clinic had no control over the incident and this did not involve any problem with our products or services the client had received The client readily agreed to this proposal.Almost immediately after accepting this new proposal the client demanded a complete refund This meant she was demanding to receive our full customized program with all our products included and yet not pay our clinic anything We could not agree to this new andunreasonable demand Within one hour of the conversation ending between our clinic director and this client, the issue was brought to the attention of the Revdex.com.We work diligently to be fair and reasonable in all matters We work with integrity and compassion knowing there are times in life when we must help our clients during difficult times However, we cannot understand nor condone dishonesty during this process The client stated in her address to the Revdex.com,“IFL refused to return my communication in reference to this situation” The client made this statement to the Revdex.com less than one hour after concluding a phone call with our clinic director that was electronically noted in our phone system The client signed her name to this dishonest statement less than hours after exchanging multiple text messages with our clinic director The date and time stamps are available for review by the Revdex.com regarding all of the communications noted.At any given time we have between and individual clients on our program This client apparently feels it is our duty to closely track her rapidly-changing personal life Even though the recorded messages show we went out of our way to communicate with her, she misrepresented the record involving timeline and communication We do not feel this client has acted in good faith or in the manner an honest person conducts themselves We work tirelessly with our clients to find winning solutions to a multitude of difficulties that occur in life Unfortunately, we cannot work with a client that is not honest in these matters Our clinic has completely forgiven the full amount the client still owed in thismatter We will take no further action in this matter.We appreciate the time and the open forum the Revdex.com presents for these issues Thank you

We are truly disheartened when a client has difficulty following our program This client contacted our office after six days on the program and she was immediately scheduled for the following day In those six days she had already lost pounds from her starting weight After reviewing the specific instructions this client had been given, it was determined the client was not following the program as instructed Specifically, she was taking too much of her weight loss formulas and taking the formulas at the wrong times during the day She had also eaten a ham and cheese sandwich which is obviously not congruent with the advice she had been given Following this meeting, the client left our office with additional instructions to properly take her weight loss formula It was anticipated the client would follow the recommendations of the program and get back on track Out of an abundance of caution, our Clinic Director called this client at 4:PM the afternoon of her visit The client did not answer this call Another call was made to this client at 11:AM the next morning Again, the client did not answer Each individual client is given the personal cell phone of our Clinic Directors They are given permission to call the Clinic Directors at any time with any concerns, seven days a week We keep detailed call logs to identify all callers and any concerns our clients might have This client never called our Clinic Director with any concerns After receiving notice of this client's concerns from the Revdex.com, our supervising Doctor personally called this client Our Doctor left a message for this client that gave the Doctor's personal cell phone number The client did not return the call Regardless of any communication issues, our main concern is with helping our clients achieve positive changes in their lives We tirelessly work to help our clients with information and knowledge The rewards of this work are the many thousands of successful clients that have lost weight in our clinics across Idaho We continue to be open to helping this client in her quest to lose weight Our program is wonderfully successful when it is followed consistently and correctly We will gladly assist this client in re-starting her program and helping her every step of the way, at no expense She can contact our supervising Doctor directly, or contact any of our offices Thank you

Though I disagree with several statements made, I have talked with the doctor and he gave me much greater information on the program, answered my questions and addressed my concerns. He also said he would directly manage my program. I am going to give the program another try and see what happens. Sincerely, [redacted]

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to [redacted] *nd have determined that this does not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below In his response, it went much like our conversation did; they were not at fault I just quit for no perfectly good reasonI was never told I was restarting the program and they were doing this at no cost; I was given partial replacement of only some of the formulas and I would have you find time to go back in two days to get the weight loss formula; after I contact them and they let me know it was readyThe responses biggest fault was saying I just decide "nah" and just quitIt doesn't put in the lack of customer service, the second chances I gave them, or the frustration I went through with this companyI was lead by their lack of actions to not continue the frustration and terrible customer relationship Regards, [redacted]

Our clinic continues to be open to a positive resolution for this matter It is apparent there was a communication breakdown with this client In an attempt to make things right our clinic director offered to allow this client to repeat the entire program free of charge That offer is still valid and we would be happy to see this client continue getting the amazing results she had been enjoying while following the program Thank you

calls, texts and emails on a daily basis.  Our team works diligently to respond to all communications within 24 hours with accuracy and timeliness.  To assist us in this endeavor we utilize acutting-edge communication system that electronically records every communication that comes into our offices.  When concerns with our communications arise, this system proves extremely valuable in providing unquestioned documentation of our communications with clients.  Following a complete review of the recorded communications with this client we have the following response:This client began our program on June 4th, 2015.  She was scheduled for her initial  re-check on June 13th, 2015.  On June 12th, 2015 at 11:21 AM this client left a message that she would not be able to make her appointment on June 13th. Each individual client is given the personal cell phone of our Clinic Directors.  They are given permission to call the Clinic Directors at any time with any concerns, seven days a week.  We keep detailed call logs to identify all callers and any concerns our clients might have.  This client never called our Clinic Director with any concerns.  After receiving notice of this client's concerns from the Revdex.com, our supervising Doctor personally called this client.  Our Doctor left a message for this client that gave the Doctor's personal cell phone number.  The client did not return the call.  Regardless of any communication issues, our main concern is with helping our clients achieve positive changes in their lives.  We tirelessly work to help our clients with information and knowledge.  The rewards of this work are the many thousands of successful clients that have lost weight in our clinics across Idaho.
We continue to be open to helping this client in her quest to lose weight.  Our program is wonderfully successful when it is followed consistently and correctly.  We will gladly assist this client in re-starting her program and helping her every step of the way, at no expense.  She can contact our supervising Doctor directly, or contact any of our offices.  Thank you.
