Dynamic Flair

Review: My husband and I got married on August 20,2011. We used Dynamic Flair([redacted])as our photographer. We paid a total of $2,500 for the photography and this included a 16 x 20 portrait and a wedding album with 700 photos. Today is June 30,2013, I've had a baby and my wedding is almost 2yrs old and yet Dynamic Flair has not sent our wedding album and portrait after getting all his money by the morning of my wedding. Initially he made multiple promises about various dates that he was going to send our album, and that he was going to send our album and give us an engagement album as compensation (I have all his emails to prove it). For over a year now he has stopped picking up our phone calls. I've never been so passionate about a business. Please do not patronize him. We live in New York and wanted the best. We found him online and he seemed to do good work, but we were fooled. Pls do not make the same mistake that we did. I can provide all emails, texts, and voice mails to let you know that this business/individual is not worth a dime.Desired Settlement: I would like to receive my wedding portrait and my wedding album as written in the contract. If this is not possible, I would like a refund.
