Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: He is lyingThe details are belowAttached patio pictures for your review.Toward the end of the job, when the patio surface was still not regular, I asked him that I will try to apply a resurfacer material to make it evenHe deducted dollars from the whole amount of dollars to let me try to make the surface evenI tried to resurface only a small area of the patio and immediately notified him that it is not workingThe surface is still irregular and THE EDGES ARE NOT COMPLETEDI HAVE DONE NOTHING TO THE EDGESTHE EDGES ARE BROKEN, IRREGULAR AND VERY UNEVENAS you can see in the pictureCan you call it a professional work by any standard? Do you call it finished job by any standard? He did not tell me anything about voiding warranty if I try the resurfacing materialHe was glad I offered it and quickly accepted itI was still expecting him to come finish the edges while I try to do resurfacing of the patio.He had worked previously on a ceiling project at my home and was unable to get the matching pain.I got the matching paint and applied that in front of him and he still honored the month warranty on that projectThis time I tried to resurface only a small area because he had been working on it for weeks and still couldn't get the job done the right way and had promised to do in one dayI tried to use better material on a small area which did not work and Now I am asking him to come fix the surface and edgesIf he doesn't cover the area which I resurfaced under his warranty than fix the rest which is more than 90% of the patio surface You see the condition of the edges yourself in the pictureIt is breaking apartOR REFUND MY MONEY I will get it done by a professional Regards,

I am rejecting this response because:First of all you never told me that you will void the warranty if I apply resurfacer. I only offered to apply resurfacer because you were not able to make the surface smooth at all. If you stand behind your word & agree to complete the unfinished task then please come out and finish the edges that are still undone. I first contacted you at the end of Nov 2016 to ask you to come and finish the job & asked you multiple times again but you never came. Please give me a date when you will come out and finish the edges? I will make myself available.

He deducted 60 dollars from the whole amount of 1000 dollars to let me try to make the surface even. I tried to resurface only a small area of the patio and immediately notified him that it is not working. The surface is still irregular and THE EDGES ARE NOT COMPLETED. I HAVE DONE NOTHING TO THE EDGES. THE EDGES ARE BROKEN, IRREGULAR AND VERY UNEVEN. AS you can see in the picture. Can you call it a professional work by any standard? Well first of all I did not recommend you try to resurface the area yourself secondly like I said if there was any work done to the surface after I completed the job then it voids the warranty other than that if there's a job or area that I did not complete I will honor my work by all means. Dynamic Home Improvement stands behind its work 100% and will do it's duty to maintain a good and healthy relationship with the consumer

Dynamic Home Improvement, solved my roofing and side door issues when no one else wanted to help me. If you don't have a really good friend who is extremely handy and considerate of your property, then you should have Dynamic Home Improvement take care of your property repairs, remodeling and renovations.
I highly recommend that you have them look at the needs of your property repairs, and don't judge them on appearance. They are not a flashy, fancy looking operation, but they are very skilled and experienced. You will be happy and they are the most affordable because they do not invest in flashy marketing.
