Was initially impressed with the friendliness of the sales team however following a test drive on a used Infiniti *** I was told it would take a while for them to evaluate my trade in and was told I could leave and they would call medays later still no word...I felt like they politely kicked me out of the dealershipI emailed the sales team to communicate my concern for the total disregard for customer service...received voice mail to call them back (no explanation given) but nothing sinceVery poor service, even more so since I drove an hour and a half to meet the salesperson (who surprisingly was not even working that day)
