I would like to share my experience with other clientsDynamic legal recovery is very professional and reliableI recommend them to everyone needing to collect unpaid money

I had hire Dynamic Legal Recovery in order to help me collect money owned to me by the debtor my experience was bad.There services are unprofessional and unethical Manuel *** was the suppose account collector who was in charge of my case and had to report updates to me about the actions and the process in which I was not aware,through that time he ignored my calls and messages,constantly making excuses about my case.At the beginning I was told all arguments and process we're to be notify to me and that was never done.All decisions were done without my knowledge and agreement.He had set up an agreement with the debtor before notifying me and what I was expecting from the debtor.I had to persuade him to take actions over my case and I had find out that weeks later he had concluded the money owed to me but had kept that disclosed and pretended the case was still in process which wasn't.He later responded saying everything was over and closed and that his job was over and all I had to do was either accept what he had concluded or I was going to stay with nothing.He never kept me informed and aware of what he and the debtor agreed without me knowing and even agreeing.All the staff,collectors, and lawyers at these offices aren't educated enough to know how to manage these cases,and make mistakes that I had to be aware of and resolve the paperwork for myself,who knows what the results would have been if I wasn't aware and kept a lookout over my case and interest

I had hire Dynamic Legal Recovery in order to help me collect money owned to me by the debtor and signed a contract with them in July During the process of signing the contract William called me and emailed me numerous timesI never heard back from them after the day I signed the contractI called back, left messages, emailedno response AT ALL! In September I sent them the Cease and Desist letter (as no collection activity longer then days reported to me, as per the contract assigned with this agency) and I exercised my rights to cancel the contact and assign to collect the debt to another agencyIn November I received Dynamic Legal Recovery's first ever email to me (since the day I signed contact with them), stating they are in the process of filing a small claims law suit and that I owe them $see correspondence below:

Thank you for contacting me on this matterI signed the contact with your agency on 07/27/2016, and I called William, the original person I spoke with & signed the contact with, multiple times in August and September, left him several voice messages and emails regarding status in August and September (see attached some of prove of my intent correspondence), however I never received any phone calls, voice messages, emails OR mail regarding the status of this account and ANY confirmation that you were to continue to work on this account and/or progress status of my caseThere were no monthly collection status report that was sent to me in any kind of way I NEVER hear back from your company until this Tuesday, 11/22/Per attached, on 09/20/I sent William an email asking for the status last time and advised if I don't hear back from your company, the Cease and Desist letter will be sentI never heard back from your company since July 28,
There was no collection activity longer then days reported to me, as per the contract assignedRefer under the bullet point of our agreement attached I exercised my rights to cancel the contact and assign it to another agencyHad your company responded to ANY of my inquires, -Â I would not have had to seek any additional assistance to collect the debt
Your organization failure to report activity or perform upon the agreement we entered does not justify the threat of the lawsuit when I cancelled the agreement fairly, ethically and legallyFurther frivolous threats  of filing a small claim action will result in my reference in this matter to my attorney to seek equitable punitive damagesI am forwarding all these comments and opening a claim at Revdex.comIf you wish to discuss this without resorting to threats or libelous claims please let me know
