last year [redacted] came out to get our gas heat working.I did a search on the net..and the web site sounded like they were reputable...I soon is was proven wrong.....the clown that came told me my year old burner was junk...needed to be replaced...my thermostat was junk..he claimed the entire burner was wired wrong....after a long "discussion" he put in a new computer board and a new gas valve..{after he was done installing both...I could always smell gas but he said that was normal!}...total cost to me..$2,200.00!....this year..I could not get my thermostat to get the heat to come on...the serviceman from Dynamics checked out the burner..and agreed..the smell of gas was not right..he stopped the gas leak...and reset my thermostat...and all for $143.00.......and not once did he try and sell me something I did not want or need...I was referred to them by a friend..and it was an excellent referral! as a retired guy..I do not have a lot of $...and crooks like [redacted] need to be stopped from doing business.....they are predators

To Whom it may concern, As you can see from the complaint that *** filed with you, We have tried several times to reach out to *** and remedy every situationEarlier this spring I told *** that we were not the company for him and said we cold not handle the level of customer service he required on
every visitI think this complaint is a result of us no longer willing to provide service to him
As regards the 11/05/situation *** mentioned here is the recap:
*** called with the home getting hotter than the set point on the thermostat*** should be happy that Dynamic Mechanical has pride and integrityWe are not in the business of selling things to customers that don't need themSo we tested the thermostat in question several times and all was operating properlyWe informed *** that we don't know why the temp wasn't accurate before we arrived because the thermostat is working properly nowAfter looking thru his entire system we found that one explanation could be that the pump was moving water faster than the pipes could reject it from the system on this particular zone and MAYBE just MAYBE this was causing the problemWith this theory in mind we lowered the pump speed to match a better delta T on the boilerWe asked *** to monitor the homes temp and let us know if it happens againWe even followed up with a phone call to assure he wasn't having problems still*** started to demand an explanation more than we could offerIt hadn't done it again and the system was working properly so we had nothing to explain*** from time to time would threaten to wright negative reviews online AND he did so I took his threats seriouslyI attempted to appease him by explaining the situation again and again even offering a trade journal with an article on exactly what I was talking aboutIn hopes that could it could help explain it further*** wanted an explanation that I couldn't give himThe fact is that the problem was gone and everything was working correctly after we left
Then on 4/6/SUNDAY *** called saying that he didn't have hot waterWe rushed out on a sunday to find that the burner was locked out on safetyWe checked if he had oil in his tank and then noticed that the nozzle was not letting any oil thru itI didn't have this particular size nozzle so I tried to open the small hole with a straight pin to get him thru the nightI said that I could open a supply house but on a sunday they charge a premium*** said that he would rather wait until Monday until we can get the part without the additional costAt this point it made no sense for me to start changing the strainer and filter because it was overtime and the nozzle was not atomizing the oilDue to not having the part WE DID NOT CHARGE HIM THE OVERTIME rate for the sunday serviceOn 4/7/MONDAY we returned with the nozzle and began our standard procedure of changing Nozzle, Filter and Strainer and checking the condition of the heat exchanger to see if soot had built up from improper burningWe got the burner set and running at this pointA few days later *** contacted me wondering why the strainer and oil filter were also changedHe said he hadn't noticed the strainer changed on previous visitsI explained that this is our standard procedure when a nozzle is plugged to do the three items in the oil delivery system (OIL FILTER#STRAINER#and NOZZLE #3)After several attempts to explain our actions I figured *** was not happy and couldn't ever be happy with our services that he would call another contractorI QUOTE *** HERE "you would love to loose me as a customer but it's not that easy" I was confused why someone would continue to call for service if every time he wasn't happy with the results.
It doesn't end here *** sent me a text message to set an appointment for AC service and with that also to complain about the past services he receivedI said I think its best if he finds another company that we don't seem to be a match for himThis seemed to upset him that I was firing him as a customer and he threatened to post more bad reviews onlineI am not surprised that it is now June10th and he is contacting the Revdex.com to complain about things that are not broken and working fine.
I take every complaint serous and have EXCELLENT online reviews and I can't even comprehend this complaint from a fired EX-Customer

ID: ***
It's the first I hear from any Dynamic personnel that I am firedAfter years of service, questioning issues of the last months, makes me a great candidate for being fired. Thanks! !! Good luck in finding a replacement customer who's spend lots of money with your business that pays you on the spot like I did
The last paragraph of my original complaint basically said it allI'll never know why my system acted up and I wasn't expecting a resolution from Dynamic Mechanical.. My purpose was to warn other customers and Jet them judge for themselves, who was right and who was wrong in what was done
Even I wrote a positive review on-line about Dynamic Mechanical when I believed they wanted to please customers
***'s response of half-truths makes me feel better about my decision*** became irritated when I hired and out of state HVAC contractor to come over and check my system and have him give me a summary of what had happened in the last five months. He agreed the system was now working fine, but would have wanted to know why it acted up. Like me he questioned every move Dynamic Mechanical did without pin-pointing what cause it. Especially questioned the hour-day a week service then showing up with out any thing to fix minor issues*** mentions not having the right nozzleSorry, you had no nozzles at all, but Home Depot is minuted from my house, and your own office/warehouse is minutes from my house. Don't you have a supple of nozzles. With or work vans that have nozzles on them couldn't you have gotten one from them
In conclusion I'm hoping my complaint leads Dynamic Mechanical to "Better Busisness Practices" for the future of his company
No reply necessary, as l consider this a closed issur

Review: Ten years ago I hired Dynamic Mechanical [redacted] to service my HVAC needs. At the six year [redacted] into my house with oil fired furnace, my unit sprung a leak. Dynamic installed a new one in 2010. Initial set up had some issued that were finally solved by changing a single speed pump, that made noise, to a three speed pump. My other two pumps remained as single speed pumps. The three speed was set on high. September 20, 2013 was annual cleaning time and Dynamic did that as scheduled.

November 11. 2013 brought Dynamic to my house because heat didn't stop at requested temp. of 68 degrees. Went up to 74 degrees. Checking by [redacted] found no issues with all the checks he made, but went to furnace and changed pump speed from high to medium anyway. Questioned [redacted] on why, and was told I'd need hours of schooling to understand concept of heat, flow and temp. of water returning to my unit. Found out low speed on adjustable pump is same as two other pumps on my system ..According to [redacted] going to Low could cause my unit to crack like what happen to my old unit.

Apri l 14, 2014 brought Dynamic back on a Sunday for no heat. Advertized 24 hour-7 day a week service. [redacted] come over with tool bag, and after checking unit tells me its the nozzle. Tries to open it up with straight pin. Still doesn't work. Mentions calling warehouse to open on Sunday would cost over $200.00. Tell him to wait till Monday. Why advertize such, if you don't show up with accessories to solve minor issues as a nozzle. Monday brings [redacted]. I thought he was going to change nozzle, but proceeds to do a whole cleaning job again. Noticed him taking out Allan Wrenches which I had never seen any employee use before. It was to remove pump filter cover to reveal the dirtiest filter I've ever seen. My theory brought to [redacted]s attention went to deaf ears; since his employee swears he changed it as their standard procedures.

$626.00 later I still don't know exactly why my system acted up in a period of five months. [redacted]s last statement to me was, he doesn't work to my expectations. Was I asking to much to pinpoint what the issue was. Was it a combination of the above, or just simple the nozzle which can't be proven because in my opinion, things were done as they saw fit, and not pinpointing the nozzle first.

Yours Truely,
