Good Afternoon ** ***I have emailed this patient's insurance company to find out why they didn't allow anything for this x-ray, it usually takes them 24-hours to respond to my emailI have no notes where this patient has called us regarding the bill I do see we have sent this
patient dunning noticesI will follow up with the patient after I hear from the insurance company , they may need to reprocess the claim. I would revise to the statement as follows: *** *** called from the business and stated " When they are called by a facility to do x-rays they are ordered by a doctor or nurse practicinerAt the time of the xray, the facility provides us with a doctors scriptThere are times that an orthopedic will request for more x-rays on their ownA CD was given at no additional charge with a copy of the x-rays to *** *** *** *** also stated that she will be reaching out to the billing manager and have them reach out to *** ***i to discuss options. *** ***

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the offer and/or response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below. My original complaint included the following issues, none of which have been addressed:1. I did not request the x-rays. In fact, I told [redacted] I did not want them because my surgeon had already given me a script for x-rays and I had plans to get them at the same place I had received previous x-rays related to the surgery. In my opinion, [redacted] was trying to cover themselves because their PT/OT staff insisted I walk down to the gym a second time in one day and I fell. If PT/OT staff listened to my objection there would have been no fall and no reason for Mobile Imagining x-rays. [redacted] did not allow me to refuse the x-rays. They ordered for them. (I have no idea what doctor provided the script but it was no my surgeon.) [redacted] insisted on the x-rays. They should get the bill--not me. I never brought up the issue of insurance refusing to pay. If Mobile Imaging was not in my network that is why insurance would not pay. My insurance only pays for in network providers. I know that and would never have used Mobile Imaging for x-rays.2. I noted the poor quality of the x-rays and the fact that there was only one view and not two as the bill claims. The surgeon told me what he saw was two of the same view. This issue was not addressed in the response.3. I asked that Mobile Imaging send the bill to [redacted] and send me a statement in writing that I did not owe them any money. The fact is, I just yesterday received the third bill from them. I will send it back again with a copy of this message. I am not going to pay for these x-rays. 4. I have filed a complaint with the Virginia Insurance Commission against [redacted] and Dynamic Mobile Imaging. The response from Dynamic Mobile Imaging does nothing to address these issues. Their response is not acceptable to me. I have absolutely no idea who the person is that's being quoted in their response.
Regards,
