On June 2nd, Chris arrived for a tufor my boatThe boat had no issues, just needed a pre-season check-upAt Chris's suggestion a water pump is installed & I agree to add an oil change There are multi-issues once I get it on the lake (that weekend) - the boat has several strange symptomsA high idle, a thump/bump once in gear, the throttle will not get up to speed, is strugglingWhile diagnosing, we realize the carpet is wet and we are taking on water, from the engine compartmentIt's clear it's from the engine, specifically from the water pumpWe drain the boat, and take to a mechanic friend (MF) that lives on the lake with 15+ years of experience with boats and auto enginesIt's determined by MF: water pump is not marine grade, improperly installed, and has a fractureI attempt to reach Chris multiple times without any response for hours, and then by text only "I will have a refund & a coupon heading your way tonight or in the amTakes a few days." This,

Unfortunately characters is not enough, Short and Sweet version.Work on the truck was completed correctly and runs, drives, and operates correctlyThere were no leaks present when work was finishedBroken hardware was exhaust bolts which commonly break upon disassembly we offered to go get the bolts, customer said not to worry and went for usYes our work truck broke down after work was completed! a small vacuum fitting was broken in the process of doing the major engine repair (stripped to a block) No one carries the part, not the dealer or anyoneWe purchased a replacement and it was the wrong one, sent it back and the part they sent was wrong as wellWe set up multiple appointments with the customer to install and inspect the apparent new leaks and every time the day of we give a call to check if their available and never got a answerwe went back out a month later to inspect the leaks after I was back from my being in the hospital and having a kidney removedoil leak was found to be from the oil pan which we did not touch and the leak from a coolant hose/pipe we did not disconnect and offered to fix for the trouble for freepart was purchased and the day of I ended up sick again with a kidney infection due to only having one and fighting off the infection for months I lost the fight and ended up in the hospitalBefore I had a chance to talk to the customer this claim was filed.Work was completed and truck runs great doesn't overheat minus a slightly high idle (about 100rpm high) due to the fittingIf part is found we will gladly take responsibility for it and pay for the part and install

Nomadic Mobile Mechanics came out to do a tune up on my boatThe boat started right up on the first key turn at the lakeMy family and I spent the whole day at the lake with no issuesSecond trip to the lake same thing no issuesIn years past I took my boat to to a shop and without fail did not make it through the first trip to the lake without the boat breaking downEach time I would take it to the shop something new would magically be wrong with it costing be $100's in repairs This time I used Nomadic, they came to me and warrantied my work, written right into my contractI will use Nomadic again and recommend to my fellow boaters

Chris came to my house to replace a water pump on my Audi, which I thought was the issueAfter he got working on my vehicle, he stated that the issue was actually the Timing Belt broke, and he guaranteed that I had damaged the pistons and my vehicle would need a Head Gasket JobI OK'd this, and he was supposed to come back within the next week with all appropriate parts, etcHe took approximately weeks to come back, failed to answer multiple calls, had excuses such as he was in the hospital, his kids werein the hospital, and more so he was unable to come as promisedHe did the Head Gasket Job, replaced the timing belt and the water pump over the course of a few weeks (SHOULD NOT TAKE THAT LONG FOR THIS JOB) but my vehicle still would not startHe could not figure out whyHe worked on it for a few nights in a row and it started to seem as if he was incompetent in this type of repairHe started a guessing game as to what the issue wasHe had been paid PARTIALLY because I am not ignorant enough to pay in full when my vehicle wasnt runningHe refused to do anymore work at this point until he was paid in full, which I refusedWhy would I pay for my vehicle IN FULL when it wasnt running as promised? Do you pay in full for services that are partially rendered? Clothes partially made? NOI ended up having to take my Audi to a completely different shop who had to completely redo the Head Gasket job, Chris actually damaged some of the internals of my engine so I had to pay MORE out of pocket than I should have, and he refused to respond to my messages or anything anymore because I refused to payHis service was way below sub parhis customer service was horribleHe spoke horribly to me, and I feel as if he should have never been paid a DIME in the first placeRUN AS FAST AS YOU CAN AWAY FROM THIS MAN!

As stated by the customer we arrived to do the disassembly on the truck on time and on schedule (Sep 11)We came back at the correct scheduled time for the reassembly with the milled heads, all new gaskets, fluidsAs a courtesy we took the intake manifold and timing cover to the shop to do some
deep cleaning on themWhen packing up to head to the customers house on the day scheduled for reassembly (Sep 13) we forgot to grab the timing cover out of the parts washer and did not realize it until arrival at the customers houseWe assembled as much as we could and then advised the owner of the situation and asked that if it would be of any inconvenience to him to come back the next day (Sep 14) so we did not have to drive all the way to the shop to get the parts and back again and then not have much daylight left to workHe advised us that it was not a problem at all and another day would not inconvenience him at allthat being said we fully offered to have it done that day and the customer said it would not be any inconvenience for us to come back the next dayThe next day (Sep 14) we arrived at the time set the day before and got everything together and got the truck 85-90% together and ran out of daylightThat being said we had no choice but to come back the next morning (Sep 15), we underestimated the amount of work and time that is involved in stripping a 5.4/vtriton down to a block and reassembling it correctlyUpon reassembly (Sep 15) the customer advised us that the idle may not be as smooth as it was before the work was completedIt is very common after a motor is stripped down, and a pcm left unplugged for an extensive amount of time for the vehicle to have to go though a few heat/OBDcycles for the truck to relearn its idle and timing variablesWe and the customer also noticed a belt squeal that was not present before as wellAfter investigating we found it to be coming from the power steering pump area and deemed it as coming from a pre existing condition as the power steering pump has a growing leak that was previously existing. The next day or two later (Sep 17) the customer called me saying that he found a few missing and loose bolts and sent me an email with pictures of the concerned areas and boltsI advised that that was most certainly under his warranty and set a time (Sep 23) to come take care of the issuesHe was out of town so time was not of a priority and before he got home I had every concerned area fixed and the truck was running fairly smooth as it was beforeThe bolts and issues in question were all done by an assistant I had recently hired and because of his lack of care and disregard for quality he was let go and I accepted full responsibility for the issues and that is why we went and fixed them for the customer. After the customer returned to town a while later he called and advised me that the truck was roughly idling and misfiring under load while driving (Sep 29)I set an appointment to come take a look at what was going on the next day (Sep 30)After a diagnostic the problem was found to be a not properly set intake gasket, which I advised I would take care of as it was under his warranty and set an appoint as soon as possible (Oct 4)We did infact miss our appoint on the 4th as my wife and son were in a serve car accident, and I advised the customer that evening of what happenedHe sent us our sympathies and said that we could set an appoint for today (oct 7) to come take care of the issues. We installed all new intake gaskets and did some fine tuning and the truck runs and drives greatNo check engine lights, No rough idle, Power is smooth and as it should beWe could still find no solution to the squealing belt and I gave the customer permission to take the vehicle to the Ford dealership to get a diagnostic on the cause of the squealWe Told him we Fully intend to pay for any fee or cost of the dealer diagnostic if the cause of the problem was infact caused by our company

Dynamic worked on my Jetta replacing my water pump, charging my ac, and giving me a tune upThey were professional and promptThey came to me which is the best part! I will use them aga

Motor was purchased by customer not by usInformed customer that solution would be to get a set of j30aheads and install them on the j30ablock since that is the difference in the motors. $is not what is on the invoice, the invoice should be for a motor pull and motor install and
fluids trip ectThere will be no invoice from us that says we purchased the motor since it was purchased by the customer from a 3rd partyWe helped in research of the motor, the seller, a Japanese motor importer in phx told us it would work, just not to plug in the upper vtec module and use the lower stock one off the accordMotor was purchased and installed, in good running condition, check engine light remainded for a open vtec seloniod. The other resolution would be to purchase and install a vtec sim which would plug in and simulate the vtec and clear the code

Paid for mechanical services and parts ordered by Nomadic Mobil Mechanics to find out after the fact that the engine ordered by Nomadic Mobil Mechanics is for a VHonda Odyssey and not for a VHonda Accord which is the vehicle that I ownI have numerous text messages from Chris (Owner) stating that as soonest the root of the issue is discovered he would be out to remedy the issue if the issue was caused by themAfter taking the car into a Honda service shop it was determined that the engine ordered and installed by Nomadic Mobil Mechanics was the wrong engineI have made over calls in the past few weeks to try and get this resolved but yet there has been no resolutionMy car sits with expired tags, I have paid money for parts and services yet I still do not have a running vehicle that will pass emissions

Orginally I used Nomadic to work on my boatThey did a great job! I had a great summer on the water Recently they worked on my quads and dirt bikeI am very happy with them and would recommend to any one

I was told by Chris the owner of dynamic mobile services that he would rebuild boat engine $I was told it would be completed in weeks it's been three and a half monthsI was finally able to get my boat back after months pulling out my hair trying to get ahold of this guy he does not respond to text messages or phone calls in my mind he basically stole my boat it seem like he threw Parts together so it would work on test runHe broke plastic fairings which were never replaced I took it out next day halfway through the day parts were falling off of engine bolts were coming off My boat now sits in my yard not working Not getting responses to my phone calls or text messages which I also had these issues while he was working on it within the three months

They came to fix a dollar problem And ended up billing me and cause a problem and still want me to pay themNow they are trying to put a lean on my vehicleI sat and watched them fumble around trying to fix the initial issue and when they where finished there was obvious problemsMy motorcycle is destroyed and now I'm left without it because I can't afford to fix it

I called this company to change my shocks, struts and bakesThey did a fantastic job They showed up on time and were fast and professionalI would have no problem using them again or recommending them to someone

We were called out to perform a oil change and a full tune up. Upon inspection the waterpump was found to have signs of leakage, severe rust, and wear and was recommended to be replaced. All other work went smoothly. The part number was crossed at a trusted valley marine shop and a pump was...

ordered for pick up the next day.All went well on the installation (gaskets set correct, Oem torque spec and pattern used) and the installation fee was waived because it took the store longer to get the pump than expected. The customer took it to a shop up in globe and they found a small crack in the pump (more than likely a cast flaw or damage from shipping) they continued to tell her that it isn't the right pump that they must be coated (painted) which is untrue and that it was a backwards flowing pump, also untrue as mercruiser motors are small block chevy motors and all the pumps and blocks flow the same way from 55 to the upper 2000's. At this point I told her I would refund her the cost of the pump, Customer says the shop ordered her a genuine mercruiser coated pump and had it installed and ready for her the next weekend. Customer then states there was a lack of power and rough running of the motor so she took the boat back to the same shop in globe where they found 2 spark plug wires to be out of order (stated #5 on #7) As stated in the disclaimer that was signed we offer a full one year warranty on all work performed, if given the chance before the boat was taken to a shop we would have warrantied out and installed a new waterpump free of charge. Our Disclaimer also states that as soon as another shop touches the boat the warranty is void, yet we went above and beyond as to offer a refund for the waterpump. As for the sparkplug wires we do find it odd that this issue was not present but after the shop fixed the waterpump there was another issue that "appeared" This is exactly why we void warranties after another shop touches previously worked on items.

Unfortunately 2000 characters is not enough, Short and Sweet version.Work on the truck was completed correctly and runs, drives, and operates correctly. There were no leaks present when work was finished. Broken hardware was exhaust bolts which commonly break upon disassembly we offered to go...

get the bolts, customer said not to worry and went for us. Yes our work truck broke down after work was completed! a small vacuum fitting was broken in the process of doing the major engine repair (stripped to a block) No one carries the part, not the dealer or anyone. We purchased a replacement and it was the wrong one, sent it back and the part they sent was wrong as well. We set up multiple appointments with the customer to install and inspect the apparent new leaks and every time the day of we give a call to check if their available and never got a answer. we went back out a month later to inspect the leaks after I was back from my being in the hospital and having a kidney removed. oil leak was found to be from the oil pan which we did not touch and the leak from a coolant hose/pipe we did not disconnect and offered to fix for the trouble for free. part was purchased and the day of I ended up sick again with a kidney infection due to only having one and fighting off the infection for months I lost the fight and ended up in the hospital. Before I had a chance to talk to the customer this claim was filed.Work was completed and truck runs great doesn't overheat minus a slightly high idle (about 100rpm high) due to the fitting. If part is found we will gladly take responsibility for it and pay for the part and install.
