Moved from state to state And all at first was very smooth apple to *** and she made the whole transaction seem amazing gave me a quote that was less than what I got charges after my things where loaded in the truck , after my things arrived they charged me $to take my things up the elevator when I had explained to *** from the beginning that I had one and she said it was includedalso $for having to walk miles from the door Called to speak to the company and there was no one to be found was promised a call back never received it All they care for is taking your money charging all this additional hidden fees Horrible customer service and very unethicalTo add on the driver breath smelled like he was drinking oThe way to drop off

Negatives:
1.Their estimate was a third of the actual cost
They make it seem like you get to pick when your furniture comesI didnt get my furniture for and 1/weeksI just bought my first house and had to wait weeks to move inThey dont let you know when the furniture js coming until the night before
3.A lot of the times would nobody answer the phone when I called to see when my furniture will be delievered
They had to take apart things: entertainment center, baby crib, and mirror connected to dresserAll furniture hardware was missing when they delivered so they got out of putting it together when they delivered I had tk deal with the hastle of calling three different companies to ship me the hardware and put it together myself
Had to replace a drawer knob on a Nightstand as it was badly bent from the move

Movers were nice
Furniture was delivered without any damages besides the nightstand drawer ***

I called yesterday and requested a quoteSo far *** gave me the best I had since I started looking and when she sent me the estimate I was a lot higher than agreedI called back to correct it and the price still was higherShe apologized saying it was a mistake and that she didn't know how that number came out of he mouth even though I had her explained at length the process to meDo yourself a favor and find a company that actually cares about the consumers they are only trying to trick you and take your moneyAlso they have a lot more bad reviews on googleThey tried to do to me exactly what the consumers that used them stated on their reviews on google

Terrible service and unprofessional conduct by staff and management. Do NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
