control I was forced to close the location and we were processing returns to those who had paid and were owed money for memberships. Unfortunately not all could be processed at one time. This one in particular we had missed and did not cancel by oversight. I spoke with the client and her mother and tried to resolve the matter a quickly as possible. Every time I spoke with the client I was professional as was my assistant in all correspondences.  The attachment shows our records of the refunds and the dates of refunds. We show no record of a third charge. I hate that this has happened and any hardships it may have caused. Everything was refunded on our end before this complaint was filed. Our records prove that fact. If proof of a third charge is provided then a refund can be processed.
