Dynamic Physical Therapy

I had a few appointments at one of Dynamic's locations and it was the worst consumer experience of my lifeThe treatment plan was poorly laid out, the facilities were incredibly dirty, the staff unprofessional and there was an overwhelming air of apathy and lack of leadership in the officeThe staff never greeted, explained the exercises or showed any sense of caring about the customer at allIt was basically a never ending lunch hour amongst the staff who did not want to be bothered with the patientsI wrote to the upper management of Dynamic (I.eCEO) and the customer service was exactly the same - nonexistentThe CEO was as apathetic as the staff and there was no apology givenInstead I was judged and my experience questionedI would never, ever refer anyone to any of the Dynamic locations for any type of treatment whatsoeverI thought I was doing the management a favor by informing them of my experience so that they could reflect on their services and investigate the locationInstead I was judged and offered no apologyI'm writing this today to help personify what type of business this is and what type of people run itIf you are thinking about Dynamic for your PT choice, I would highly advise against itThere are plenty other companies who would actually appreciate your business

It was basically a never ending lunch hour amongst the staff who did not want to be bothered with the patients.
I wrote to the upper management of Dynamic (I.e. CEO) and the customer service was exactly the same - nonexistent. The CEO was as apathetic as the staff and there was no apology given. Instead I was judged and my experience questioned.
I would never, ever refer anyone to any of the Dynamic locations for any type of treatment whatsoever. I'm writing this today to help personify what type of business this is and what type of people run it. If you are thinking about Dynamic for your PT choice, I would highly advise against it. There are plenty other companies who would actually appreciate your business.

Review: This company has been mailing me a bill that does not belong to me. I have contacted them repeatedly about the problem but they keep sending me threatening letters saying they are sending me to collections. I have never sought treatment from this company. When I call them they do not even have any personal information on me that is correct. I told them I did not live in or near the location they state that I sought treatment. However, all my phone calls have not been acknowledged because they still keep sending the same bill that isn't mine.Desired Settlement: I want this company to stop sending me bills for services I never received.

Review: I had 4 days of physical therapy at this place. they billed me back in March. I paid. then they wait two months (5/22/13) to send me another bill for 12.99. This may not be a lot but i'm sure it adds up when they do it to everybody. I do not owe this money. I believe this is something they regularly do to get more money.Desired Settlement: I want this bill dated 5/22/13 cancelled! thank you
