problem with water heaterI explained that the water gets scolding hot then it gets cold we have to go to reset the water heater and then it works for some time and the same problem over and over again..my husband changed the element...but the problem still existed...so we called dynamic plumbing they came out and said the wiring was not done right changed the wiring replaced the elements and charged me 225 dollars..that was October 2nd...when I called back he was quite rude to me on the telephone so I called another company [redacted] in Raleigh...I explained the same exact problem they came out they change the elements he also told me the thermostat needed to be changed and that dynamic plumbing wired the water heater it incorrectly...when I called dynamic to find out what he was going to do for me he said nothing....I believe I deserve my money backDesired SettlementI want my money back for work that was done incorrectly because I had to pay for it a second time...and especially since you said it was wired incorrectly and it was not I was lied to and cheated and taken advantage ofBusiness Response Customer called October 2, 2013, our service tech went out and found incorrect wiring on thermostat a bad element , the element was replaced and wiring was corrected. What the customer fails to say is that it was approximately 3 1/2 months later that she called ( January 25, 2014 ) back with another problem.She was told that we would be glad to come out and check the heater, and if we found that the problem was something that we had done we would repair at no charge, but if it were a different problem she would be charged accordingly, she did not want to do this. She called a week later to state that another plumbing company came out and she wanted her money back for the work that we had done, we asked her for a copy of the invoice from the other plumber so we could determine what they had done, to date we have not received this.We tried to explain to the customer that the part worked for 3 1/2 months. We are not prepared to refund any money to this customer.
