Dynamic Plumbing Systems Inc. of Nevada

My experience with Dynamic Plumbing Systems Inc.(DPS) of Nevada was horrible! Warning - DO NOT USE this company! We had a plumbing issue that flooded our first floor, called DPS and invited rep into our house to see the problem. Took us outside and said it was the main line, used a tool to "snake" out only 1 pipe and was done. He said his office would email us the receipt but we requested one anyway which we never received. A few days later, the toilet "gurgled" and still had issues. Immediately called DPS and spoke with a Customer Service Manager and said they will send someone over on Monday between 8am - 10am to "snake and camera" the issue and that we did not have to be at home. Called them at 9:45am and the office said no work ordered was place or time allotted. Around 12pm the same rep finally arrived, looked at the problem and said it's going to cost you... What?!?! Confused and outraged, we said it should have been done the right way the first time! The rep called his manager then only "snaked" the other pipe but no camera was used. Requested a receipt for this job and said get it from the office and I quote, "Don't call us again!" and drove off! Inspected his work and did a half-[redacted] job, did not seal the pipes correctly or screw the clamps at all. We have left several messages with the manager to email us the receipt but still never received one. Not even a week later, we are still experiencing the same issue. Dynamic Plumbing System is unprofessional, unresponsive, a money focus company that doesn’t care for their customers. Where additional training is highly recommended in their customer service department and representatives to have more on-site training. BE WARNED!
