Dynamic Pools, LLC

Dynamic Pools LLC of Tucson installed a sand filter for me as well as change light bulbs for the underwater lights. The sand filter failed approximately six months later. The sand filter was under warranty and their sister company was going to fulfill the warranty. I had Dynamic Pools inspect an underwater light because it had about a quarter inch of water in the enclosure. They inspected the light enclosure and stated there was "minor condensation in the light, there is no leaking in the light and light is operational" and left the light as it was. I let Dynamic Pools know I know in an email that it wasn't necessary to send someone to correct this problem because I did not agree with their inspection results. [redacted] from Dynamic Pools called me the next day to argue about why it is okay to have a little water in the light enclosure. [redacted] threatened to sue me for all the times he had to come back to my house and fix a "manufacturing error" on the filter, he installed, because it took multiple visits to find the problem (not related to the eventual failure of the filter). In addition he stated he was going to tell their sister company to look for a reason to void the warranty of my sand filter which the sister company was scheduled to replace.
