Senior recovery advisor, David K, called me day after receipt of their demand letter, 8/11/15. Was very rude to office receptionist, would not go to my v/m since I was on another call. Took call an he was VERY pushy about payment and would not let me discuss.
I advised that payment would be made by end of business day on 8/12/15. This David called me again stating that accounting had not received my payment. Advised that it was only 11:08 am in California and I would get to it after leaving my office.
