ALL asbestos was was removed at Mrs [redacted] 's renovation property, all removal was done within the law Subsequent testing done by Mrs [redacted] yielded negative results, all "hazardous materials" were removed and disposed of as per Alberta asbestos abatement manualMre [redacted] 's invoice reflects the estimate that was agreed on prior to work starting, no refund will be provided Regards, Matt H***

I am rejecting this response because:the owner is merely stating that he complied with the NOP however the tile and adhesive was never removed and we have images to substantiate that fact.
