Review: Before moving into my home in March 2006, I had a home inspection. I was told I needed a new roof, this was to be done and paid for with the closing cost agreement. I was given a a and that the work was done in February 2006, along with a 10 year warranty. I have had several issues with my roof starting in February of 2007. and a couple times after that. They are very hard to contact and do not return call right away. They have come out several times. I had to file a claim with my home owners insurance company in September 2011. They said the they fixed it problem, and gave me a no charge invoice as proof. They also infomed me that someone had left a pile of debri on the roof. In January 2012, was reimbursed through my insurance company for my damages inside my home. I had the damaged areas in my room repaired. May 31, 2013, I get a call from my son, saying that is room is leaking. I call Dynamic, no answer, I leave a message, I do not get a call back. I call back on or around June 3, 2013, he answers and said he was out of town, will come out and take a look. He shows up on or arund June 4, 2013. My son sais he came into his room, went on the roof, was there for approx. five minutes and left. I called back on June 5, 2013 to ask exactly what was done, but never got an answer. On June 8, 2013, I wake up, and there are water balloons hanging from my ceiling. I call right away to inform him that not only was my son's room still leaking, but mine also, I got no answer. He calls back on or around June 10, 2013. Because I could not get a answer, I had someone go onto my roof and check to see what kind of roof do I have and what is the problem. I have serveral pictures, that shows water build up. on the roof. ** came out around June 12, 2013 , I was told there was a tube of solution left on the roof, where I guess he did my son's room, because his room has stopped leaking. Because I never got call or answer regarding my room, I had to call me insurance company back again to re-open my claim form 2011. I am waiting for there respones, in the meantime, they said I have to get an emergence patch to prevent anymore water coming in. I had another roofer come in and patch my roof on June 27, 2013.Desired Settlement: $1500.00

Review: Sept 2012, I agreed to pay $2750.00 for a rubber roof replacement. I thought the roof was replaced. It has been leaking a lot since July 2013. I have called, emailed and faxed the Dynamic Roofing. In October 2013, the owner popped over after I sent another email and I showed him that the leaked wasn't repair from the wet spots in my bedroom closet and the stains. His reply was we will be back... Well on Monday, 12/9/2013, not only did the roof leak in the closet but I have large water bubbles on my walls and ceiling in the bedroom. The big water bubble burst and water is constantly coming out. I called the emergency number, faxed and emailed, Dynamic Roofing and finally I received an email.. stating "We will be there when the weather permits".

I contacted the roofer on the following dates

07/12/2013

07/15/2013

07/23/2013

08/12/2013

10/07/2013

12/09/2013Desired Settlement: New roof, I must be at home when the work is done!

I want my bedroom, closet and walls repaired and painted. OR I want a total refund... and cost to repair my bedroom.

Review: I am the Realtor representing the seller of [redacted], owner [redacted], who is also filing a complaint. The owner has a roof installed 6 years ago, stripped completely to the wood, some wood sheathing was replaced as well. The new roof paperwork from Dynamic Roofing states there is a 15 year warranty. The homeowner is now selling her home, and the 6 year old roof failed on the buyer's home inspection. I called Dynamic Roofing and spoke to the owner [redacted] to report the roof had failed and faxed a copy of the report to his office after speaking with the secretary there. I also spoke to ** who came to the property. He said he would take a few shingles off to see if there was an issue, and there was an issue and the wood had softened on the roof. He said it wasn't leaking and he was doing nothing to rectify the situation. The roof warranty is for the workmanship as well as the shingles. I called two other roofers for an evaluation, and they said the roof was improperly installed, in addition to the fact that it should have had ice shield installed on the entire roof due to the slope of the roof, and this was not done properly. The ice shield is only at the perimeter of the roof. I as well as the seller have been calling the Dynamic Roofing to repair/replace the roof per the warranty, and he refuses to do so and sent paperwork stating he thought the roof would last up to 2 years, but he would not warranty the roof. Well the roof is currently under warranty, so why is he now renigging on the original warranty? It has been very unprofessional and time consuming as he and the staff at his office will not return our calls. Rightfully, the seller paid for his services and product and he should honor the warranty on the roof before it becomes a hazardous sitation and the roof begins to cave or leak thorugh to the family room.Desired Settlement: The roofer should strip and replace the wood sheathing and roof up to specifications, or he should provide the seller with a check for $1000 or to one of the other roofers whom we have estimates from to install a new roof, the cost of which is $1000.

Review: New roof 11/2006 by Dynamic Roofing on addition to existing home. Home inspector and 2nd independent roofer report roof is soft and should be replaced. Dynamic roofing gave 15 year guarantee on roof. Refuses to replace roof because roof is not leaking.Desired Settlement: Repair the roof plywood and re shingle roof. Place appropriate ice guard for pitch of roof.

Review: [redacted] windows manufactaured by [redacted] with a life time warranty were installed by Dynamic Roofing Inc. Three of the windows developed defects between the glass panes on the window sashes. I was told the installer had to contact the supplier (manufacturer) for warranty issues as they were the ones' who made the window purchase. Beginning 7/12/12 several letters have been faxed or mailed. Numerous phone calls have taken place. When the process started the company was co-operative and started to resove the issues but since 10/8/12 there has been no progress and I now feel as if I am being given the run around. Since 4/10/13 when I called [redacted] (from Dynamic who was handling the issue) he told me I had to deal with ** and that he would have ** return my call. Several attempts have been made to try to reach ** but I have not been sucessful and ** has never phoned me. After over a year of trying to resolve this issue my patience is at and end.Desired Settlement: Replacement of windows or repair of window sashes. Desire for the warranty to be honored.
