While Mr. [redacted] has never contacted me, [redacted], who apparently does much of the scheduling and actual pool tending has been most helpful. She was put in an awkward position, having to deal with me when I was so upset........but she handled it well and as long as I only have to deal with her, I'm satisfied.

Review: They overcharged us $45 after we cancled their service. Plus, they did a lousy job taking care of my pool.

After we cancled their service they charged us $45 for nothing. This company has billing issues: Every single month they were sending me invoices saying that they automaticly took money from my debit card. After 7 months I found out that all of the invoices were false and that they never charged me for their months' of service. The amount of money he charged me for all those 7 mounths was huge and he overcharged me $45 more than he was supposed to. Its been over 2 months since we cancled our service with that untrustful company and they still dont want to give my money back. Desired Settlement: I want him to give my money back that he took unlawfuly.

Review: This company has committed borderline fraud, misrepresentation of services and provided by far the worse customer service I have ever encountered! Three weeks ago my husband and I entered into a contract agreement for this company to remove algae from our pool. Based on pictures alone the receptionist [redacted] provided a quote of $210.00 and a promise outlined in the work order agreement that the green algae would be removed within a two week time period. Mind you we have passed the two week commitment and the problem still exists. The company is now refusing to fulfill their end of the contract; in fact they have now moved forward and advised that there is nothing else they can do (other than the filter clean, brush and chemical add already completed) and the next step would be an acid wash which will be an additional cost! My husband and I have tried countless times to discuss our concerns with the front desk help ([redacted]) to no avail, she talks over us, makes excuses in regards to her inability to fulfill her companys commitment and then hangs up on us. She avoids our calls when we attempt to reach her to resolve the issue and she will not respond to our emails. We are hard working individuals and will not tolerate when services are paid up front in full and the promise made by the company in the contract is not fulfilled. At this point we have requested a full refund so we can take our business elsewhere to a competent pool company to remedy our situation OR have [redacted] and Dynamic Pools fulfill their agreement no matter what it involves to resolve the initial issue. [redacted] made the original promise to resolve our concern and we now want this company to honor their commitment. This company lacks integrity, professionalism and communication. Warning-If you are in need of pool assistance STAY AWAY from Dynamic pools.Desired Settlement: Due to the fact the company failed to complete their contract agreement we are requesting full reimbursement on services already paid (see attached paid receipt) OR for the company to do what it takes regardless of cost or effort on their part to complete the job they promised to do.

Review: Not sure if this is a health issue.......but it certainly affects my "mental" health/peace of mind.I contracted with Dynamic Pool Services for three months starting mid-June to service my Intel 16' above ground pool.The fee was $155--which I paid up front.With first visit and additional $40+ charge was added for additional chemicals.--------------Around the 10th of August I noticed the pool filter was not running.I contacted the service at that time to find out if it needed repair or replacement and ask for advice on what should be done.--------------More than TEN phone calls (and three weeks +/-) and an equal number of e-mails later still nothing has been done and none of the calls or emails has been answered.--------------Additionally--I asked that the service person leave a card/note/something on my front door to indicate he or she had been here and had serviced the pool. (I am hard of hearing and could not rely on hearing them in the yard or by the pool.) This has never been done.--------------THIS IS VERY FRUSTRATING. I have indicated my dissatisfaction (as calmly and succinctly as I could manage) on both Yelp and Google but these actions have not resulted in any action either.Have now lost a couple of swimming weeks (for my granddaughters) and school is about to start again. This has been a lot of money not to be able to use the pool.It is exasperating!Desired Settlement: I would like this resolved FIX THE FILTER since not tending it may have damaged it, OR REPLACE IT and continue service to the end of the contract (mid September).Once that is done, I will look for someone more reliable, and certainly more courteous, to provide minimal service to the pool during the winter months followed by weekly service in June/July/August.

Review: I have had mutliple billig issues with the company. I've provided canceled checks to resolve the issue but im still being threatened with collections

The pool service was terrible and they were not consistant with the agreement on the days in which service was to be provided. In result, it caused major damage to my pool. The service that I was being charged and paid was not being delivered. I tried to settle with the pool company and I was treatened to pay more than owed. I was being charged for a service that was not being delivered and as a result, it costed me $250.00 to have the pool treated. Desired Settlement: I am seeking $100.00 for the differene in what it costed me to get the pool fixed.
