I visited an Auto Bell Car Wash on Providence Road, in Waxhaw NC IT WAS A TOTAL DISASTER!!!! THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE!!! As I drove up to the car wash I rolled down my window to speak to the attendant, and ordered an interior vacuum and an exterior washHe informed me that it would be best to take the bags that I had in the back seat out of the carI exited the vehicle and got my bags out (my hands were full) and I asked the attendant if I should roll up the driver's window and he replied "We will get the window." He turned to collect my money, and as I put my change away I noticed that MY VEHICLE WAS GOING THROUGH THE CAR WASH WITH THE WINDOW OPEN!!! I immediately shouted this out to the attendant, who stopped the mechanical car wash, and went into the vehicle and rolled up the windowHe was very apologetic, acknowledging that it was the fault of "some poorly trained new guys" and promised to give the car a "good rubbing" at the end of the car washOnly at the end of the car wash did the extent of the damage to my vehicle become apparent to me There were puddles of water under the seat, and on the floor of the car The entire seat of the car was soaked I asked the attendant for my money back, and he refused to give me my money backHe did offer me a future free car wash coupon, which was promptly discarded (I am not going back to this business) The attendant did offer me the advice to air out my car and to be on the lookout for mold(geez, thanks!) My request to the on site manager was to get my money backHe refused citing "policy." I was also refused my money back from another individual who called me Both individuals were apologetic, acknowledged their fault, but refused to refund my money The damage to my car is still being appraised at this point However, if Autobell Car Wash would refund me the cost of the car wash $I would be happy to drop the matterOtherwise, I will pursue the cost of the full damages to my car
