Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that the response would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below Regards, Janice M [redacted] I was offered nothing in the response letterI did ask for ribbons with AUNT on one and Sister on the otherThey accept no responsibility for the actions

I am writing in response to attached complaint (copy attached) from Janice [redacted] . Let me start by saying that my shop did not even do the order.... We called this order out to a shop in Dayton, Ohio and when I checked with the shop, they had filled it to value. I have a picture of it on my phone and the arrangement is beautiful. It contained Bells of Ireland (a very expensive flower), Larkspur, Roses, Hydrangaes, Carnations, Peonies, Daisies and mixed greens in a beautiful basket. The arrangement was $75.00 plus a $10.00 delivery fee (charged by the shop in Dayton), a $7.50 wire fee (we use [redacted] wire service) and $5.95 sales tax for a total of $98.45. We did spell one of the names wrong (and only one name) and I offered her a $25.00 credit (which I would take the hit for, not the shop in Dayton) and she refused. I thought $25.00 for a wrong spelling was fair. And on the original order, she DID NOT ask for any ribbons whatsoever. Let me just say she was extremely rude to me and I tried very hard to talk reasonably to her. I said at one time, listen honey, I want to work this out with you and she screamed at me (and I mean screamed)-"do not call me honey, my name is [redacted] ". She was completely unreasonable and said she was going to dispute it with her credit card company. She would not talk calmly to me at all. I tried my best to work something out with her but she refused unless I gave her $50.00 credit. I'm trying to keep my head above water in this flower shop (I am not a big business) and I thought $50.00 was just too much to ask for. I do try to always do right by my customers but she was totally and completely irrational and screaming at me. She also stated that she had used my shop for many years and had never had any problems. She didn't seem to understand that my shop did not do the arrangement. I finally told her to not call my shop again. I hope this response answers your questions in reference to this matter. As a matter of fact, I believe I will send a copy of this letter to [redacted] . Thank you for your consideration. Naomi P***
