Review: I have tried to call Dynamic Surface Care & maintenance a few times and I left a message. Never did I receive a call back. The last time I called and new message said that they were out of business, but if this is about another issue, please leave a message. I did and again no response.I paid $960.00 to have my Mexican quarry tile restored which I was assured that they could do. In fact, I was told it would look like new. Well He made the floor sticky in spots, bubbles and spotty in others and my beautiful floor looks worse that it ever did. I am not sure if this can even be fixed because of the mess he made.Desired Settlement: Replacement of my floor or my money back plus damages.

Review: On 4/**/13 I contacted the company for any estimate to have kitchen and entry hall tiles cleaned, grouted and color sealed and also to have 10 tiles replaced. The job was to make the floor look like new again for years to come. At this time I informed the [redacted] that I had 16 tiles (15 years old that could not be replenished, they were no longer available). I was told the job was straight forward and would not be a problem. On 6/**/13 [redacted] arrived to complete the job, instead of replacing 10 tiles (which would leave me with 6 unreplacable tiles) he continued to break five more tiles. I was outside and would hear an expletive and he would come out and say he needed another tile, 5 more tiles were used leaving me with one tile. The color sealing and grout were guaranteed. After completion of the job the color seal and grout came off and we informed him that one of the tiles was severely sunken in. When contacted for a repair appointment, it was scheduled then delayed twice. He finally came to repair the grout and sunken tile. He put silicone around the tiles and regrouted. We were told that woudl take care of the problem. The grout has come off in several places and I am afraid to walk on the sunken tile (it moves and is very unsteady). My family has to step over the sunken tile for fear of shattering it. I have called several times and also emailed to have the problems resolved. I get no response from [redacted]. I can not walk on the sunken tile for fear of it shattering and have white lines where there should be silver grout. I had this process done to restore the floor to new as promised for my daughter upcoming wedding. It has been a disaster from the start.Desired Settlement: Since I can no longer replace the existing tiles, I would like my $1127.50 refunded, to be applied to the purchase a new floor which can be walked on without fear. The job was entered knowing I had 16 tiles- replacing 10 tiles and leaving 6 for future use. In order to bring the the existing floor to restored use it would take more than one tile, which is what I have left, thanks to Dynamic Surface.

He also used the wrong water spiked to connect his hose and broke it. He just said sorry.Desired Settlement: Replacement of my floor or my money back plus damages.
