My husband made a reservation with AirportCarXpress to take him to the airport on Saturday, Jan 16thThe flight was at 8:15am, AirportCarXpress was supposed to pick him up at 6:15amHe made the reservation on Friday, Jan 15th and received a "Reservation Confirmation" email that dayHe waited for AirportCarXpress on Saturday morning and they did not show upWhen he called he was told "that there was a glitch with his payment so they were not going to pick him up" Why on earth didn't they call him when they saw "a glitch with payment?" And why was a confirmation email sent to him? Completely unprofessional, unreliable, and unacceptable
