This order was placed on a 3rd party website for which we were the providers of the tickets for the show. The buyer's credit card was declined at the time we attempted to process the ticket request Subsequently the tickets were put back up for sale. The order was rejected and the
customer was notified by email. We did not receive a call from the buyer until later that day by which point the tickets had already been sold

Review: My mother bought tickets for the American Ballet Theater through the website. She clicked on "dress circle" for the section of the theater where she wanted the tickets, and was charged $70.00. On top of the purchase price of the tickets, she was charged an additional $29.00 for shipping, handling, and other charges.When she was emailed the ticket, they were for "family circle" - and the face value of the ticket was $25.00. Also, the name listed on the ticket was for some other individual. She called Dynamic Tickets and the sales representative told her that they mark up the ticket because they have to pay more for the ticket in the first place. However, I just called the Metropolitan Opera House, and they do not sell their tickets to distributors at a higher price than what they charge. And they won't give her dress circle seats.Desired Settlement: They should refund her at least $45.00 for the ticket, since they sold her a $25 ticket for $70. And they should have a disclaimer on their website that they are NOT American Ballet Theater, and if a customer chooses for a more expensive seat and pays for it, they should honor that.

The complainant purchased our ticket through a third party website/service. The complainant ordered and received the exact ticket she purchased. In fact, we took the courtesy of improving her seat to one row closer. The allegation that we delivered a ticket in a different section than the complainant had chosen is inaccurate and we have documentation to prove otherwise. Regarding the face value of the ticket, as the complainant was made very well aware prior to finalizing and agreeing to the terms of the same, Dynamic Tickets is a secondary market ticket agency that buys and sells tickets for above face value in most cases. The terms were agreed to prior to the sale being finalized. Regarding the name printed on the ticket, we explained to the complainant that this was the name of the original purchaser. The Metropolitan Opera, like many other box offices, prints the name of the original purchaser of the tickets. The name printed on the ticket is irrelevant because tickets are transferable and can be used by anyone, regardless of whose name appears on the physical ticket. In conclusion, all service fees, shipping fees and ticket price were made abundantly clear to the complainant and were agreed upon prior to the sale being finalized. Review: Hi ,I bought 2 tickets for the broadway show Wicked over the telephone , with my credit card . Only to have the company dynamic tickets call me back and tell me my card was declined . I then called my bank to see what the problem was . They said it was find , also , the bank said there was $91.26 in pending which was the price of the tickets . This means they could have processed it . But I think they did not want to give me the ticket for the price they advertised . That is not my problem , they suppose to honor the price they advertised , an to make matters worst they lied to me by saying my card was declined . Also try to contact them many times , but keep getting someone who keep telling me someone will call me back and no one does !Desired Settlement: I want DynamicTickets to give me two tickets in the same section of the same show at the same price .

Review: purchased 2 tickets for show that sell for 99.00 received tickets but the price was 390.00 how can they resell tickets at such a high markup ? when I ordered they had a box for other delivery instrutions which I checked to send usps but the tickets come fed ex for a extra charge of 15.00 .received invoice & they added on 65. 00 for other expenses . so now tickets that go for 99.00 each cost 195.00 ea . is this legal ? the invoice # is [redacted]Desired Settlement: at least the 15.00 for shipping not to mention the double up the ticket price,

Mr. [redacted] purchased our tickets through a 3rd party affiliate website that charges service fees. Service fees are an industry standard and they help ticket providers have access to inventory that would otherwise be sold out through primary channels such as venue box offices. Mr. [redacted] was made aware of and agreed to paying these service fees prior to the finalization of his purchase process. The shipping method is FedEx, which is our exclusive method of shipment. He made a request to use an alternate ship method, however for the security of the tickets he purchased, we are required to use a delivery confirmation service such as FedEx. Face prices and the the prices people pay for tickets on the secondary resale market are two totally different things. Ticket resellers often pay well above the printed face value on a ticket in order to acquire tickets to hard to get or sold out events. The $155 price per ticket that Mr. [redacted] paid for his tickets is not much more than the regular face value if he were to buy them from the box office...assuming seats like the ones he chose were available. The important thing to note in this case is that Mr. [redacted] was made very aware of all the fees and prices before his order was final. We take that very seriously. We make all our buyers aware that all sales are final and that ticket prices are often above face value. Also, as a courtesy, we even upgraded Mr. [redacted]'s seats from row H to row G. His tickets were sent out in a timely manner and received at the billing address he provided on 7/**/13 at 2:35pm.

We have already responded to this complaint. We exclusively ship with FedEx for the reasons we outlined in out initial reply to this complaint. It was the only option available when this customer placed his order. He agreed to all the details, terms and conditions of this sale prior to him finalizing the transaction. Dynamic Tickets has fulfilled it's end of the agreement by delivering the tickets to the buyer.

when I agreed I thought by checking other delivery service that they would ship usps not fed ex . what do you mean at the time I ordered fed ex was the only option available ? why have other shipping options when you know your going to send it fed ex ?
