I resolved the complaint between *** ***#***Honestly the mark on his dash board was there it showed on my cameras directly after the vehicle came inThe customer did not want to hear it so we tinted his windows for Free and now he is fineBut everything is good

Review: I recently dropped my 1997 f350 pickup truck off to recieve tint on the rear windows and a strip on the front windsheild. When I recieved my vehicle back I notice there had been a crack in my dashboard now. Called to resolve the matter and the owner Ray answered the phone gave me a hard time and stated "you dont know me, you dont want problems" so I went to the business to resolve in person and Ray had one of his employees meet me in the lobby and tell me "the owner told me if you came to tell you get off his property you are beat"
This is all aside from the tint I purchased with "lifetime" warrenty whoch the front strip is nowhere near what I had asked for and the rear window looks absolutely horrible.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund and payment for the damages cause by this so called professional business.
