Dynamic Towing

Fraud committed by towing company
June 22nd my vehicle was towed from a parking lot despite the fact that I was a patron at one of the businesses listed on the signI was in the establishment for ten to fifteen minutes and by the time I returned to parking lot , witnesses reported that my car had just been towed Witnesses also reported that the car was towed improperly , resulting in damage the oil can and radiator on my vehicle After contacting the Dallas city impound lot and retrieving my vehicle ( fee dollars ) the impound lot advised that I contact dynamic towing to dispute the wrongful tow Dynamic towing offers no working phone numbers , no mailing addresses , no email addresses and offers essentially now way for a person to dispute a wrongful tow or seek compensation for vehicle damages ( oil pan and radiator )I was forced to pay dollars to retrieve my vehicle and was told that there would be an opportunity to dispute but in reality there is no possibility of

Unclear time frame that car will be towed within minutesDeceptive and unclear signage that should note drivers are being watched - privacy concern
My car was towed yesterday evening in under one hour from the parking lotSomeone must have been watching / video-taping in realtime to have the car towed in the min that I parked thereI have two small children and had no way to get home yesterdayI am not going to use your restaurant in the future based on the intrusive parking observation and lack of notification to warn drivers that someone is watching and will tow within minutes of parkingIt's really unsettling and feels deceptiveNot sure why you let this happen to potential patrons
