Hello, *** purchased a pack of 1/hour personal training sessions. *** booked 1/hour sessions a week, she had numerous aliments and as an expert trainer my responsibility is to make sure she is safe in starting her exercise program *** finished full
sessions and late cancelled on the 14th session, as we have a hour cancellation policy.I received an email demanding a refund after this 14th session...I had no idea she was not happy. She never stated anything to me, just mentioned to me us that we could work her a little harderI was like okbut every time we would start training her she would say "ok stop I dont want to over do it"! So of course I agreed as insist that my clients communicate with me on how they feel. Most of my regular clientele base that come to me have injuries or knee, hip replacements, back issues...so I work with this all the time! Funny thou I noticed she complained about her last trainer and her doctor and her nutritionist and her physical therapy sessions. I felt that I had made a mistake taking on this client she seemed a little different than most, but I am in this business to help people so it is very hard to turn people away that need your help. I have been doing this for over years and I am one of the top trainers on the south shore mostly known for my extreme safe training and knowledge. She went away for weeks and when she returned from vacation she went to once a week. and know here we are. She is stating in different places that I no of different lies on why she wants her money back, this is just an unhappy person that thrives on playing games and telling lies. We of course I would have refund her after the first and or second session if she was not happy, but after we sessions that is too late. We are a tiny little personal training studio with only a couple of us, you should have told me sooner you were not happy. I responded to your email stating this and I also said call me and we can talk about it and see what we can do to make you happy and you never got back to me. Instead you contacted the credit card company and lied to them and they took the money out of my account. I received a charge back letter and followed up and responded and they sided with me as we performed our services and I had proff even thou you told them I never honored your gift card purchases.....which they were not gift card purchases it goes on and on. You continue to bash me on social media, this is the first time I have ever received anything like this in my lifetime. *** ***Dynamic Training*** *** *** *** *** **

Business owner is not adhering to her own policy that she has on her webpage that she offers 100% money back guarantee if not 100% satisfied. She is in violation for putting false information on her website that she never intends to honor. She should be fined for this. I purchased training sessions that she had no intention of training me the way I had previous asked to be trained as  I was with a Coast Guard trainer that could not train me any more as she was going thru a divorce, she worked me hard and it was showing then she had to stop, no one to watch her child. I repeatedly asked to be trained harder. Then when [redacted] kept changing her schedule she put me with another trainer that told me [redacted] told her to take it easy on me and stick to 5 lb weights. I said what I want to work harder. When I went on vacation and came back I could only do 1 day a week as I go to school and babysit after 5 pm. Our schedules never met up again as I had to also work longer hours at work to help a lady out that was out due to cancer. I told [redacted] that. I sent [redacted] several emails and only one did she respond to and said she would call me and she never did. I called and left a message then and she called and said when her schedule opens up she would call me and she never did.So yes I had the right to call my credit card company and let them know her policy and they gave me my money back. I never said I purchased gift cards and do not know where she got that statement from. I only made one comment on [redacted] about how she does not honor her own policy of 100% money back. I worked for a friend of hers and she she my old boss spoke very highly of me. I also work for the military and have all high marks on my reviews each year. I want my $864.00 back and we each go our own way. Per her own policy that she seems to not to mention to the Revdex.com that it exists on her own page. 100% money back if not satisfied. Why does this not stand up to the Revdex.com rating of a business. 100% means 100% back.  Regards,
