To whom it May Concern;I am at a loss of what else to so for this personWe have done everything he has askedHe only paid the $he was told was his final paymentHe did not pay anything morehe has a final invoice showing nothing owedYet he continues to fine there complaints and slam us on [redacted] making and slanderous statements such as "someone" told him to make the final payment and "hope" we do what we said we would do and pat the restYet when asked who told him that he refuses to sayWe are not going to do anything more for MrWoodwardHe can continue to slander us and file these complaintsI am turning this all over to my company attorney and we will ask for a court order for him to stop such accusationsHe has badgered [redacted] so much and so often they have asked him to stop calling them alsoAgain Nothing More will be done for Mr [redacted] other than filing a court in-junction to make him stop this harassment[redacted]

This reply is in regards to Mr*** complaint that he filed with the Revdex.comMr*** has beencomplaining since before he ordered the capHe complained that there was a shipping chargeWhenwe explained to him that free shipping applied to orders of $or more of qualifying items and rightnow all
items on our website qualified to be included.He then placed his order late on Wednesday, Junat 11:24pmWhen ordering our site tellsthe customer the order will ship in to hoursAlso Mr*** selected day USPS delivery.Then on Saturday evening at 8:23pm, less than hours after placing the order, Mr***emailed that since he had not received his order he demanded a full refund on his shipping.Now even if we had shipped the item within hours of his order there is no way USPS wouldhave delivered his item to him by Saturday as they do not count the day the item is shippedThe earliestit would have arrived would have been Monday.Since the hours from his order was 11:24pm on Saturday night, and the post office cut off isNoon on Saturday, his item would have shipped on Monday and arriving to him probably ThursdayMr.*** was never given a tracking number for USPS so his statement that "You claimed to have mailedmy cap 'USPS Priority Mail 2-Day', in his email to us was blatantly incorrect was we never claimed tohave mailed him anything at that point since it had not shipped.I responded to Mr*** request just over an hour later, at 9:46pm on a Saturday night,regarding our shipping rules and USPS shipping rulesI stated that I felt since we could not in any waysatisfy him I was cancelling his order and issuing him a full refundAt that time a full refund was issuedto his credit card and his order was cancelled.Unfortunately I made a typo in the next email, thanks to autocorrect, where it stated "Theorder has not been cancelled and a refund issued to your card" when I meant to say was "The order hasnow been cancelled and a refund issued to your card."When he complained again days later I restated that it was a typo and his order had beencancelled and a full refund was issued to him on Jun6'hWe have issued Mr*** a full refund and we cancelled his order based on his continuedcomplaining from before he ordered to well after the order was cancelled and a refund issued.So now he complains to youNote that Mr*** in his complaint to you not onlyacknowledges that he has received a full refund as we said he would get, but also demands we still sendhim the cap.My reply is that, it is simply not going to happen.We have done all we are going to do regarding Mr***We are convinced we would not havemade him happy and he would have disputed his credit card for any or all charges made.We are not the only place to buy caps and Mr*** is welcomed to order from any of anumber of places online that sell caps including EbayAmazon and other websites.We do not wish to deal with Mr*** knowing the history we have had with him to date andhis unreasonable demands.We are done with Mr*** ***

Yet when asked who told him that he refuses to say. We are not going to do anything more for Mr. Woodward. He can continue to slander us and file these complaints. I am turning this all over to my company attorney and we will ask for a court order for him to stop such false accusations. He has badgered [redacted] so much and so often they have asked him to stop calling them also. Again Nothing More will be done for Mr[redacted] other than filing a court in-junction to make him stop this harassment.[redacted]

Typed in Not should have typed in Now."The fact is: He DID type the word "not".Looking at a standard typewriter/computer keyboard, the letters "T" and "W" arent even close to each other.Mistype?? Hard to believe. This mis-communication is BAD BUSINESS. [redacted] deceived me by telling me the order "has not been cancelled". All I want is the cap.I will continue to pursue this complaint, push this complaint, re-file this complaint , appeal, whatever it takes until I receive the cap.All I want is the cap.[redacted] can send the cap to:[redacted]
