On October 26, 2019 at 12:59:59, I took my 32 inch RCA with built in DVD player and remote control to Central Cellular, repairman's name ***, to be repaired. Tv worked fine just had trouble with the dvd player. This is what the repairman wrote on the work order, per vadem:tv with built in dvd player potential disc drive cleaning to fix disc not ejecting (Will call with quote). Central Cellular closed down in the November/December 2019 time frame. No one called me to inform me that they had closed. There was a note on Central Cellulars door that said to contact Dynamic Wireless in Clinton if we had any items or needed service.Central Cellulars owner also owns Dynamic wireless in Clinton, La. 70722. I have called Dynamic wireless several times concerning my tv and the store manager just tells me he has no responsibility with this. I have asked him several times to please have the owner contact me. The manager just keeps saying that he has told the owner and the matter is ought of his hands. I have the transaction receipt but have no way to copy and paste it but will deliver it in person upon request

Other (requires explanation) I want my tv and remote back or another 32 inch tv, remote included, w/dvd player to replace what is mine that he lost. It just makes me mad that a business cares so little about its customers and neglects to call and inform you if they are closing their store to let you come get your personal belongings.
