Review: Contracted services with Dynamic Images (Mr. [redacted]) for building a database but after numerous attempts at working with Mr. [redacted] I did not ever receive the work I paid for - actually I received NO work! Initial meetings went well but after I made the required 3 payments NO work happened. Several phone calls and emails and deadline extensions have resulted in still no further work completed. I asked for a refund but received no further action from Mr. [redacted].Desired Settlement: On March 24, 2014 I sent an email with a final request to finish the project within 14 days, per our contract, or provide me with a refund of $6,000 for the three monthly payments (6/11/2013, 7/11/2013, 8/15/2013). I will leave Mr. [redacted] with the initial down payment of $2,600 paid on 5/15/2013 for work to date and initial meeting times. I would like a refund of the remaining monies paid ($6,000). I've sent a 30-day letter of demand and I have filed this case with the small claims court.
