Dynamik Muscle has by far the worst customer service to ever existThey do not respond to emails nor do they have a working telephone centerI have ordered items from them on November and still haven't gotten the product until now on December I have emailed to them numerous times with no reply or gotten an explanation on what is going on, however, it seem as though they do not have time or will not reply to you they will update their social media page regularlyEven after trying to contact them to resolve this problem via social media instead of responding they simply deleted the commentsI am now blocked from their Facebook page and my comments on both Instagram and Facebook has been deleted; I have even tried posting on their President's Facebook and he also simply deleted the comment instead of addressing itThe worst part about it is that you couldn't get a refund since they wouldn't respond and that they happily and immediately charged you the second your checkoutI would rate this is a negative is I couldTHIS COMPANY SUCKS DO NOT BUY FROM IT

Recently, my debit card was compromised and I woke up to an unauthorized purchase of $to Dynamik MuscleI confirmed with my bank that this was a fraudulent chargeI immediately attempted by phone to contact the company and got a "google voice message." I did not leave a message the first time because I assumed I misdialed but turned around and re-dialed the number and left a voicemail even though I felt uncomfortable doing soI also sent an email requesting immediate response as I was trying to avoid the money being withdrawn from my bankI did not receive a phone call or an email reply
I did further investigation into the company's Facebook page and they had multiple negative comments about not receiving products or even confirmation of orders but the money had been withdrawnUpon researching these comments, the company has also never made moves to address these issues
