I used to work for this company and it seemed like every payday the owner would magically dissapear he has guys working for him that don’t have contractors license as required by the state of North Dakota for sub contractors and doesn’t pay workman’s comp and he doesn’t report any of his sub contractors to his insurance as requiredAnd he wrote me a paycheck and when I informed him that I was no longer going to work for him he put a stop payment on the check and when I asked him why he said I owed him for some lift rental I asked him why it took a little over a year for this to come to my attention he said oh I wasn’t going to charge you for it but now he changed his mindI never received a bill
