To Whom it may concern,We are responding to the letter we have previously recieved regarding the complaint filed agaisnt our company for a damaged rimThis is a accusationWhen customer showed us the damaged rim we went inside the car wash tunnel to inspect and make sure there weren't any object that might have caused the damageWe did not find anything and we wash over cars a day with no complaint and we also have brand new equipmentsWe came to the conclusion, that the customer was trying to blame us for a damage he came in withThe damage on the rim seems to be the result of hitting a side walk or a pott holeIf the damage happen here we will take full responsability, but in this specific case it was obvious it was done some where elseIf the customer want to take this further our legal team is ready.Thank You Sincerily,Management

object that might have caused the damage. We did not find anything and we wash over 100 cars a day with no complaint and we also have brand new equipments. We came to the conclusion, that the customer was trying to blame us for a damage he came in with. The damage on the rim seems to be the result of hitting a side walk or a pott hole. If the damage happen here we will take full responsability, but in this specific case it was obvious it was done some where else.
