Revdex.comPO Box 1000DuPont, WA 98327#[redacted]September 4, 2015I appreciate the Revdex.com and the opportunity to respond.  For the sake of brevity and the integrity of the public record, I am choosing to refrain from mudslinging, slander, and conjecture and appeal to the discernment of whoever may be reading this letter by simply stating a few basic facts about this transaction. I have already responded to [redacted]’s complaint and don’t feel that it is necessary to restate my position.I did everything I could to make this project successful. There is nothing wrong with cabinets I built.I was there to install them, and no mistake was made in the construction of them.They have pictures of the completed unit.There is $847 left for a one day installation not $650.I offered them a full refund for the reasons stated in my first response.  The cabinets are beautiful; instead of a refund, they have them and they chose to keep them.  I wrote 2 pages of detailed instructions as an installation guideline per the option they proposed. I have availed myself twice to any technical questions or clarifications a cabinet installer might have.This matter is resolved; any and all claims have been mutually released.This is will be my last correspondence, regardless of any further insinuations, misrepresentations, or attacks of character by [redacted].Thank you for considering the facts,Ramsey C[redacted]Dynamiter Millworks

They responded with 3 other options and one was mutually agreed upon. We invest a tremendous amount of time and money in the finishing part of our projects. Since 2009 we have never had any trouble meeting or exceeding our customers' expectations of color match, sheen level and workmanship etc. We will certainly use this experience to make further improvements so that this expensive and time consuming situation will not happen again for us or our valued customers.
