The promotion does not include the scrapbook service it is for the additional charge of $150.00.
As promised to the complainant, we offer to make up for the displeasure by giving the complainant the scrapbook and a refund for the original scrapbook service pricing of $150.00.
Dynamo Entertainment empathizes with the complainant and has offered a fair resolution to compensate for the scrapbook.
The resolution the complainant has imposed is unfair as it exceeds the cost of the services requested. Dynamo Entertainment has offered to compensate for more than the scrapbook. While we understand why the complainant would feel upset. We are deeply distressed that the scrapbook service was not provided due to a technical error on our behalf, that should not have happened.
The scrapbook is an added service that we offer to our clients who contact our company for the Photo Booth, Lighting, and Monogram Services. On this occasion, the complainant purchased a photo booth voucher package. The total amount of the voucher package is $499 and includes the following:
- Unlimited photo sessions
- Fun props
- Personalized text on strips
- Online photo gallery
- Photo booth attendant
- Scrapbook service
We do want to bring to light that the Photo Booth service the complainant initially contacted our company for was successfully delivered. Aside from the scrapbook, we completed and met all of the agreed upon services. We can confirm with documentation, evidence, and attestation.
We feel that our response to the complaint was prompt, understanding, and thoroughly professional. As we explained in our correspondence to the complainant, due to a technical error, our attendant was not advised the scrapbook was required for this event. We will only hold accountability for not providing the scrapbook service. We have acknowledged and expressed our intention to resolve this issue. As a result of our mistake we have offered the complainant a refund for the original scrapbook pricing of $150 and the scrapbook. As this is the only service we did not deliver.
We cannot express how truly sorry we are for the inconvenience and hope that you will find that the points above offer a fair resolution. We are committed to our customers and have taken immediate corrective steps to regain your confidence in our company by implementing improved procedures to assure this will never occur in the future.

As I have stated previously all I wanted from the photo booth service was the scrapbook. When a guest at my party told me there was no scrapbook at the photo booth station I went over and told the attendant to pack up and leave since he was not providing the service I specifically asked for. He spoke to [redacted] at his office who instructed him to stay at the party. Since I could not physically remove him and there was no security present for me to go to and make him leave the attendant stayed. The attendant said that [redacted] said they would mail me the scrapbook the following week and I told the attendant then that would be too late since the guests would no longer be able to sign the scrapbook with loving notes to my husband.
Dynamo Entertainment has been running a Groupon special for the last two weeks offering the same photobooth service that I paid $499 for at a special cost of $299. So I do not see why they are not willing to refund me $250 and give me the scrapbook since the difference in what I am asking and what they are currently charging is only $50. You would think a company would want to maintain a good relationship with a customer and eat $50 for a mistake they made which caused me great disappointment.
