The Little Free Library organization has an online storeI recently purchased to libraries from them
The first was their Double Door Red Shed from their website they give the following dimensions:
Dimensions: Height: 24.5" x Width: 24.5" x Depth:
When I received the library, the first two dimensions were correct, however the actual depth of the library is only inchesinches in depth is not deep enough for most children's booksThe depth listed on their site is the roof dimension that overhangs the library by two inchesThis is very misleadingThe organization has a fair return policy, however, the consumer has to pay return shipping which is $in this caseI should not have to pay return shipping on an item where the depth of the library is incorrect on their website
I ended up keeping this library and use it for adult books, many of which will fit the library
To offset the now shallow adult library, I decided to order a second smaller companion librar

Despite what Ms. [redacted] claims, I have been in contact with her per a number of telephone conversations. And I informed here that we filed a claim with [redacted] for the damaged item and that I have also contacted KOBE (the Mfg.) regarding the mismatched part. wanted a solution so that she could use the supplied product or a replacement. This Revdex.com complaint is the first time I have heard that she would like to return and refund the product of which I will be glad to do today. Please see attached pdf file of refund receipt. Please remove complaint from our file and confirm.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.

 

[redacted]'s recollection of the situation are not consistent with our conversations and the string of emails that he and I exchanged and that I still have. Consequently, I am not satisfied with his response and his company has not satisfied this complaint until the funds are returned to my account. A pdf document is just that, a piece of paper.
