I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me.? I will wait for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved In reference to ID [redacted] , I accept the response from the business and I am grateful that this conflict is being taken care ofHowever, within the response provided by the business it is very apparent that several miscommunications took place leading to this unfortunate situationFirst off, I did not request a full refund and I absolutely do not mind paying for the work provided, I simply do not agree with paying 241.25$ for the service providedI have never made a complaint like this before but I felt so taken advantage of that I could not let this go unresolved [redacted] clearly states that I did not tell her about the shrubs and bushes in my yard, although that was the main objective in reaching out to the company in the first place on 12-20-If you refer to page in her original attachment provided you can see (in her own writing) the notes she took while on the phone with me the night of 12-20-which clearly states “branches, bushes, shrubs, etc.”In that case, the crew should have arrived at my house the following morning properly equipped to remove such branches and shrubs The crew also said my yard was not mowed for monthsThis is completely and utterly wrong and misleadingThere is one circle in the middle of the yard that has not been cut in a long time because it is surrounded by large rectangular bricks and our mower would not fit in the circleHowever the rest of my yard, which is quite small, was mowed roughly weeks before the service was providedThe two men who stayed behind finished mowing and weeding within minutes, then waited for the third person to return with a hand sawIf the crew came equipped they would have been done within an hourThe two crewmen waited for the third to return and after she returned it only took about minutes for them to cut all the shrubs down with a hand sawI am not sure what [redacted] is talking about with grape vines because I have never seen any in my yard, I am not a plant expert, but she is correct about the shrubs and bushes not being “pruned” because I just wanted them gone I had my brother cut them down about a year ago but I do admit the bushes and shrubs have not been “pruned”Regardless, they would have been easily cut within a matter of minutes if the proper equipment was used [redacted] stated she had been in this work for years, and she knows what work to describe to the crew, however her personal notes from our initial conversation (page 9) was definitely not brought to the crew’s attention I have reattached her initial documents provided and added some input in redI feel like the images are an unfair judgment of the size of my yardNot to mention, fifty percent of my yard is gravelI added in red lines that separate my yard from my neighbor’s, as well as a few other inputs I felt necessary to point out I would like to have at least a 100$ refund, which would mean I paid 141.25$ to have only my front yard done, and even that to me is an overpayment due to the crewmen directly lying about their time spent at my house - as well as paying for the third person to leave to get equipment when they should have been prepared according to the notes from our initial conversation I was also charged for a dump run which was not discussed to me prior toI live miles away from the dump and my husband owns a truck, I would have not agreed to pay for a dump run Even with all the apparent miscommunications and information listed above, ***'s customer service and lack of respect towards me was completely unacceptableAfter giving her my credit card number and before hanging up I told her I did not appreciate her attitude towards me and it wasn't until then that she mentioned she was “upset with her crew” (which I feel was an excuse she quickly came up with because she wasn't expecting me to mention her attitude) but continued the remainder of our conversation in a disrespectful mannerIf [redacted] had not been so rude and would have been able to nicely discuss the charges, I think I would have felt comfortable to a reasonable agreementI was in tears when I hung up and I felt bullied into paying her the full amount and taken advantage ofI will accept ***'s response and receive a partial refund [redacted] Regards, [redacted]
