Review: I ordered and received a defective, non working pocket camera from Dynaspy, I returned the item withing the specified returns window. I did not receive my refund after a reasonable amount of time had passed, i.e. the item was returned in April 2013, after 2 weeks had passed, I contacted Dynaspy regarding my refund, I did not get a response other than an automatic computer generated response acknowledging receipt of my email. I have sent several emails since, but to date July ** 2013 have not received my refund.Desired Settlement: I would appreciate a full of the cost of the item $79 dollars

Customer initially made a false claim stating that the item was not in the box:

"I received a package from you but there is only an USB cable in the paper. The paper was torn up and the USB cable was wrapped in it, then in an opened box. Are you sending the camera separately? Please advise as soon as possible, because I have been waiting on this item."

After much confusion and attempts to figure out what happened to no avail, the customer filed another claim with [redacted] stating that the item was received but does not work:

"I first received a USB cable which I thought was from this seller because the pen camcorder was the only thing outstanding. I filed a claim, but received the pen a few days later, it does not work."

After many attempts to have the customer contact us for troubleshooting per our [redacted] policy which requires that we provide tech support before issuing an RMA, the customer was not cooperative and was issued an RMA to return merchandise to us.

I do not see any returns to our office. I am unable to track delivery with the provided registered tracking number. I would be happy to issue the refund had we received the item back in our warehouse. At this point I cannot issue a refund for an order that was not received back from the customer. We made every attempt to troubleshoot the device which was tested before shipping as with all [redacted] orders and confirmed to be in working order. Usually it is the case that the customer is not using the device properly. Customer also stated that she did not receive instructions and so I sent a scanned copy several times. The instructions are printed on the packaging in which case it is impossible for them to have not been included.

USPS Tracking Information shows that the item was "prepared" but has not been shipped or delivered. It may indicate that the parcel was lost as there is no further movement or confirmation of delivery:

Review: I purchased an item online back in January. The company did not ship the item and never returned any of my phone calls. And when I was able to get ahold of them by phone, they did not speak english. after numerous emails, [redacted] of the Company "[redacted]" Emailed me and stated that he would cancel my order and refund my money. This has benn over a month ago, and I still havent seen a refund.Desired Settlement: I just want my money back. This company is a bunch of scam artist and from looking at the Revdex.com they aready have an" F" rating. So it looks like they cant get any worse rating than what they have..

Review: On Feb. **, 2014 I ordered one spy clock (order #[redacted]) for $99.99. To my surprise, DynaSpy charged my credit card for 2 spy clocks - a total of $199.98. From March * to March **, I called DynaSpy 6 times and emailed them 30 times requesting they change the order and refund $99.99. (At the time, I still wanted one spy clock). I received no calls from DynaSpy, nor did I get any email responses whatsoever. Something is very wrong when DynaSpy doesn't respond to all my attempts to contact this business.

Therefore, today, I called 4 times and left four voice messages to cancel my order and refund the entire amount of $199.98. I also emailed DynaSpy 10 more times today cancelling my order and asking for a full refund. Again, no response from DynaSpy.Desired Settlement: I want a full refund of $199.98

Review: I ordered my product on the [redacted] of dec. 2013 and have left several emails and voicemails with not response. I am not pleased with the fact that they accepted my payment but cannot take care of the customer.Desired Settlement: I would like the product that I ordered and compensations for the fact they have had my funds so long.
