I am rejecting this response because:
Your written warranty clearly states: "Warranty: Against Air/Water leaks and Stress CracksLength of Warranty: Lifetime." There is no other fine printTherefore, a Lifetime Warranty against stress cracks means your work/product is actually guaranteed against stress cracks for the life of the productPeriodJohn R*** made no attempt or good faith effort to contact us or work out an agreement, so he would have no idea whether or not there is "no evidence that this crack...is a stress crack," or that it was or wasn't a result of a kicked up rock or environmental factor, which it was notIt absolutely IS possible for a stress crack to appear over a year after installation as we recently had a warranty replacement for one on a *** window, installed two years ago*** assured us that stress cracks can appear at any time for various reasons, one of which being faulty installation or productionBased on our description, *** did not even have to see the window to know it was a stress crack, and shipped the window immediatelyHappy customer = good businessYou state that "my workmanship is covered by a lifetime warranty." Based on your response, that statement means absolutely nothingBusinesses who write warranties should be held accountable and stand behind them.MrR*** clearly has no interest in customer satisfactionA smart businessperson knows that one unhappy customer can cost him countless potential customersIt's a tough economy so we truly wish him wellA small claims negotiator will better be able to help us through this matter, and perhaps encourage him to adopt better practices in the future

There is no evidence that this crack that happened over a year later is a stress crack. I can not control a rock or any other type of damage the occurred on this vehicle in a year. My workmanship is covered by a lifetime warranty, not the elements of weather, driving conditions or other environmental factors. Like I said, this crack appears 14 months after my work was completed. Thank you.
