Within the past month, a salesman from this company has entered my subdivision different times There are "No Soliciting" signs at the entrance, and on numerous homes- this doesn't mean anything to him No one from this company has been given permission to solicit in our subdivision He was told to leave, repeatedly His response was his 'middle finger' Police reports have been filed so that Trespass Orders can be filed against the company and its employees A reputable business would not engage in such practices

Dynasty Solutions did an excellent job installing a new roof on my houseWhen the job was completed Victor and his production manager personally came to our house to do a final inspection and to be sure to correct any concerns we hadFinal touch ups and tweeks were addressed without hesitation, and they made sure we were happy with the end result before completing the jobI would recommend Dynasty for anyone looking to replace or repair any roofing needs

Get 2 or 3 written estimates (insurance or not) before signing a contract. I would not recommend them to a friend.

Beware if a Dynasty Building Solutions salesman comes knocking on your door. Due to recent hail storms,they offered to represent me by submitting a claim to my insurance company. In return I agreed that they would perform the work. My insurance company informed me that I was approved for a new roof, but designated their own contractor to do the work. They also agreed to negate my $1,000 deductible, and use upgrade 3d roof tiles, for which Dynasty had said I would have to pay a premium for.

I was overjoyed ! I am a 78 year old widow, with stage 4b serous uterine cancer. Incurable,final stage, I probably won't see Thanksgiving. She was aware of this , so I was devastated to receive an email from "Anna" at Dynasty saying I had to pay them 20% of the value of the new roof.! I feel that Dynasty salesman know full well that most insurance companies use their own roofers. The 20% penalty is not written in the body of the contract, but as an addendum, referring to a cancellation fee. I had no intention of cancelling. The decision was solely that of my insurance company.
When I called my insurance company, there was a message warning customers of unscrupulous roofers. Could that be the reason the salesman insisted on making the initial call from my phone, so I wouldn't hear it ???
