This restaurant has extremely poor service. We placed an order for Orange Chicken, Sweet and Sour Chicken, and Potstickers. We waited almost 45 minutes for it to be delivered only to find that the food was extremely old. The sweet and sour chicken looked black inside. I broke several pieces open and I don't know what it was but it definitely wasn't chicken. It was too dark to be from the dark meat of the chicken also. Same with the orange chicken the sauce was the darkest brown you can imagine. I called to complain and was told to call back at 5pm when the manager comes in. I called back at 5pm and Marty the Owner answered. I told him what happened and asked if I could bring the food back to his business so that he could see for himself. He argued with me at times raising his voice telling me that if I don't like it..why complain..just don't order anymore. I told him that's not fair. We paid $30.00 for our order and can not consume it. We want to return the food so that you as the owner can see that it's extremely old. A screaming match ensued which at one point he put me on speaker and involved a customer waiting for his order to be completed. I told Marty I was going to contact the Health Department and I did just that! PLEASE save yourselves the trouble and beware for your health. This is the worst I've had.

I think this is a slander we have been in business 30 years we sell the same chicken it comes from the same kind of chicken. In the last thirty years I have yet to have customer call and say we have not sell them real meat. We always have the same sauce it has been the same and no one has ever complained. Orange chicken is one of our best sellers. I don't know what she is talking about. Her daughter loves our food and her daughter recommended it, she has come up with an idea that the food is old and the food is bad. You cannot just try us out and not like it and get your money back.

My driver tells me that the complaining customer did not tip him and he has drove for me for years. It shows the credibility of the complaint.

I am rejecting this response because: We purchased food that we were unable to eat. We saved the food and turned it over to the Health Department to check it. The food that was provided was old and not able to be eaten. I asked the owner if I could bring it up to his establishment so that he could just see for himself what was served and he said no. This is not fair business and as a customer it should be made right. This owner is taking all of this personal and he should. His employees are serving old food to customers. I am very unhappy with not only the food but the way I was handled by the owner. I tried to return the food to the restaurant with the sole purpose of the owner seeing for himself what was delivered but it was pointless. He does not care about the food he serves nor the customers who eat it with the potential of becoming ill. I also have pictures.
