I am rejecting this response because: This is not accurate information and the company is not being honest and using...

proper business practices. There was issues with purchase and the company did not contact me as I offered to pay for shipping back. The company blocked me from allowing me to contact them. Have always followed through and completed my purchases. This company is not honest or trustworthy. I still have product as the business would not get in contact with me and then blacked access for me to resolve the issue. As a customer I offered to pay return shipping but business would not respond and in result blocking me from future access to purchase/return
