USPS attempted delivery on 1/10/2020. Package returned to sender on 01/14/2020 without my knowledge. Have not received items or refund as of 2/25/2020
I ordered two bundles of Indian Mink hair 16' and 18' (Order # 3426) in the amount of $129.90 using Sezzle that was shipped on 1/3/2020. The item went out for delivery on 1/10/2020 but no delivery attempt was made. On 1/14/2020, the tracking information stated that the package was being returned to sender - without any delivery attempt or attempt to notify me. On 1/15/2020 and 1/22/2020, I attempted to have a redelivery attempt made.

USPS Tracking #: XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX

I contacted Dynasty Goddess and was told to open a USPS case, which I did on 1/17/2020 - Case #XXXXXXXX. I received a resolution to this case on 1/31/2020 - stating that the address was not entered on my package correctly and that the package was in transit back to sender. This case resolution was provided by USPS Manager Angela Madugba (XXX) XXX-XXXX. When I spoke with her over the phone regarding this case, she advised me that The Colony post office no longer had this package and that the merchant's local post office would have further information.

I forwarded all of the above information to Dynasty Goddess, who advised me that as soon as the package was returned that a replacement would be shipped.

It is now 2/25/2020 and the tracking information shows no updates since my redelivery attempts on 1/22/2020 - even after the USPS case resolution. Because of this, Dynasty Goddess has refused to issue a replacement - despite the tracking information and the case clearly showing that I did not receive this item and that it was returned to sender. Because the tracking information has not updated, I have no confirmation that Dynasty Goddess has or has not received my returned package and Dynasty Goddess has been unwilling to provide any sort of resolution - despite the closed case and the frozen tracking information, knowing that I have not received my product.

Desired Outcome

I am seeking a replacement of my original order shipped via UPS or FedEx.

This customer really has been thru a nightmare dealing with this United states post office delivery issue, however we have taken the issue and although the package has not officially returned to us, we have arranged a new shipment to sent to the customer fedex, and given the customer a gift card as an apology for poor delivery service by USPS.

I ordered hair from them and received it and I was not satisfied because it was not the hair that I ordered. I have called the company numerous times but they do not answer. They sent me an email giving me the steps to return the hair which I did, but I am not able to get them on the phone nor email now. So now I'm deciding if I should get an attorney because that is just absolutely horrible. They will not answer my call and they will not give me back my money. I also have the email that they sent to me

this order was made on 1/16/20 and was delivered to the customer on 1/21/20 by usps tracking # XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX
... after an email from the customer that we sent her the wrong product we immediately sent the customer a return label to return the product and we gave the customer a free gift card and shipped the correct order by fedex tracking # XXXXXXXXXXXX and was delivered on 1/30/20.signed for by M. Morrison which is the same last name of the customer..... the order was then closed as fulfilled and satisfied... we have received no communication from the customer since that delivery. The customer received said merchandise as promised and there is no other merchandise we owe the customer unless a new order is place..

They are correct. They gave me a $10 gift card. The issue is that you can never reach them on the phone to discuss your issue. If I a paying someone $286 for some hair then I think that they should answer their phone and not take 2 days or more to respond to an email. I did a review on their website and they removed it because it was not in their favor. And they did contact me after I submitted my Revdex.com complaint and asked me why would I file a complaint. There is no way to contact them via telephone. They have the worst customer service.

Actually our records show that we contacted the customer directly yesterday by email which is the same day *** contacted us....it seems the product issue has been solved and this has now turned into an issue of our phone reps not being available...we have 4 phone reps answering the phones and they cannot receive all calls as the volume is very high for orders..we are aware of this and have put in place to add two new reps to our switch board...however we do have 24 hour chat available which is monitored by a manager to make sure every single chat is answered , as well as we have email, and all emails are answered ( which is how we rectified the issue with the customers replacement).we apologize for not being available by phone and are working to correct it... As far as this case we see the customer has been fulfilled with the correct order and given a gift card as she said as an apology from us.. I apologize again for lack of phone service and ask for an understanding and for giving customer while we fix this issue.

I don't want another response from the company, but in the nearer future you customer should be treated with dignity and respect. And when someone reviews your product online please don't delete it because it was not favorable to your company.
