Review: I brought all my kids in. Two for a wash and two for a clean up. when I wen to the bathroom I came out they had my son in the chair and had his hair cut off. I came and told the desk clean up only. I told the lady that was cutting my other sons hair clean up only. I don't understand who calls a minor up and cuts his hair without his mothers's say so. I am so mad and upset. My sons hair is on gone in the winter. Why is their no common sense? Then charge me full price.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund. I did not ask for a hair cut.
