I've ordered mattresses from this companyThe first three were excellent but the fourth was totally defectiveThe memory foam didn't expand properly and the mattress looked like a sine wave with all the hills and valleys.The warranty explicitly says they honor defective merchandiseI spoke to one person on the phone who told be to send and email with photos of the deficiency which I didBelieve it of not they told me to reshape the mattress myself by pulling the foam upReally? Since then they have dropped me like a hot potato and won't return my calls or emailsI guess the only good thing about their warranty is the shiny paper it's printed onStay away from this companyIf you should be unlucky enough to receive damaged merchandise or if it fails somewhere down the line, good luck trying to get this company to live up to it

Bought a mattress from Dynasty Mattress Inc from their Amazon Store I made the purchase in was advertised as years warranty Recently my wife and I have notice there is alot of sag on right side of the mattress It is not firm anymore and causing alot of back issues which was not there first years of ownership I have contacted the company through their amazon store and got a response back asking for pictures After sending the pictures never got a response back Company is still adverting years warranty on their mattress on Amazon but do not stand by their products I reviewed their product pages on amazon and read customers reviews on the mattress, a lot of customer had similar experience as my without any resolution

For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.First, I have contacted Dynasty Mattress at least times over the last months, not once as their response claims I have provided Dynasty Mattress with detailed information and photos, and have not received ANY correspondence from them except a form reply back in March that did not address my issue or offer any type of solution other than I could return the mattress at MY expenseI have attached a photo showing the mattress with a 12" ruler held in front to show the height and have removed all sheets from the mattress so Dynasty Mattress can verify that the mattress is theirs As can be seen in the photo, the height of the mattress is just a hair under 10" tallWhether I was shipped the wrong product or a defective product is irrelevant at this point, it has been over months and I still don't have the product I paid for I would like Dynasty Mattress to promptly send me the mattress I purchased or a full refund

I purchased "12" Cal King CoolBreeze GEL Memory Foam Mattress" from dynasty mattress's website on 12/30/ They sent me the wrong mattress - the mattress I received is only 10" thick It is also very, very firm (the product description of the mattress I purchased is described as "medium firm") I have contacted the company multiple times and they have told me I can send the mattress back to them for a full refund The problem is it will cost over $to ship a California King size mattress from Iowa to California When the mattress only cost $560, this seems ridiculously unfair to ask a customer to pay for return shipping when the company sent the wrong product to begin with! I have tried to contact Dynasty Mattress multiple times since to reach a solution and they have ignored all email & won't return phone calls

We have contacted the company several times with complaints since the day we purchased this split king set with adjustable base on Amazon First, one of the mattresses we received had a stain on it and was clearly in used condition Second, we had and continue to have issues with one of the electric bases be super loud and has a delayed response and has clearly had mechanical issues since the day we received it Now, for the past six months I started to have sever back pain and my wife had started to have both hands go completely numb every time she lays on her back on the used mattress she received I have seen several doctors and have been prescribed medication for the pain! We have both notices that both mattresses foam has broken down severely and it began just months after purchase! The company advertised these mattresses and their bases as being constructed of high quality memory foam and mechanics and we certainly paid the price for it at a rate of $2, Unfortunat

I originally had reviewed an adjustable base I purchased with starsOther than some small complaints, my main complaint was the shippingI had stated that it was the worst experience I have had to date with Amazon and that "The shippers made an appointment to drop it off between 3:and 4:and they didn't show up until 7pmI called the shipping company twice to find out any information and all they could tell me was that it was out for delivery but couldn't say when it would arriveTerrible customer service." After I left this review the seller contacted me, apologizing for the shipping and stating this:
"To make things right with you, we would like to discount you $in favor to remove the negative feedback left."
They are paying customers off in order to get good reviews! This is appalling to me! This company disgusts me!

7-22-2018: This is the DynastyMattress NEW! CoolBreeze2-MEDIUM-SOFT mattress, i'm sorry to say that there is NO soft about it, it's way too firm, I wake up with major lower back pain and makes my first half of the day painful, and painful to walk for a whileI wanted medium soft meaning MEDIUM SOFT
I am returning for refund, I will update as we go alongI am waiting to hear HOW to send this thing back
Update 7-23-2018: I got an email from these people, they are blowing me off by telling me to give it more timeThe AMAZON PERSON (Lady) I talked to sent a note (NOTE) to Dynasty Mattress, Inc, but DID NOT INCLUDE this mattress hurts my back, does not sleep cool
I am getting somewhat p***d off

7-27-2018: Well, UPS refused the pick up, it was NOT compressed and vacuum sealed by a big machine, NOT rolled up tight and in a box by a machine
I have NO WAY to do these things and DynastyMattress, Incknows this, that is why they tell you to do these things so they don't have to give your money back
I got this thing through AMAZON and they are not too helpful at this pointWe'll see
