I contracted this company (because other contractors' schedules had much longer lead time) to replace bath fans and all my crawl space ventsIt took two days to do this work, should have taken oneCrew had great difficulty figuring out how to install first floor unitA third day was required to patch drywallHowever, main office was notified job was complete so I had to call to correct thisAt least it was finished, but discovered somehow the switches were reversed in one bathThought I could live with it weeks later a different contractor (plumber on another job) discovered venting had fallen off and electrical connections were NOT to codeThey were left out above the 2nd floor boxes right among the insulationAnother call to express my great concern, and a crew was sent out to correctDuring this visit they dislodged the housing in the master, and somehow the light didn't work After several hours and me watching every bit of work, it seems they have completed it correctlythis took days out of my schedule for something that should have been one, and it was, in my opinion, overpricedI wish I had been able to wait for another contractor's schedule to open upI see now why Dynasty was available, and I feel fortunate that someone spotted these issues before it caused a major problem I do NOT recommend hiring this company

I contracted with Dynasty Remodeling to replace my roof two years ago, including replacing some rotted timbers in my atticDuring a recent inspections, after which I plan to put my house up for sale, it was noted how much rotted wood and mold is on the inside of my attic and could easily have been replaced at the same time as my new roofThey just slapped new plywood and shingles on top of rotted wood, that now has moldIt will now be much more difficult and expensive to complete these repairs and bring my house up to codeWhen I contacted them and talked to ***, he insisted all work was done as contracted and the roofing job was excellent because it hasn't leaked yetHe then tried to sell me several thousand dollars of mold cleaning services instead of repairing the substandard, incompetent job they didDo not hire this companyThey have no integrity or pride in quality!

Dynasty did work for me on my home in Qof This work was very poorly supervised, not completed on time and is still not finished completelyThey are difficult to contact once they did start, they would leave for several days at a time leaving me wondering if they were going to returnThey would send crews out that didn't know what they were doing as stated by the workers themselvesI would not recommend this company to anyone...ever

We hired Dynasty Remodeling to start work in September to install house wrap, new siding, replace fascia metal and a section of metal roof We had multiple problems with this company For starters, they only worked a few days a week and when they did show up they only averaged hrsa day During the house wrapping portion, they found a few trouble spots on the exterior They tried to over charge for the repairs, so we took care of it ourselves Then they refused to install the house wrap per the manufacture's instructions They did an awful job installing the fascia metal and my gutters got ruined in the process requiring me to pay for new gutters which they made us pay for but did not receive The roof they put on leaked One third of the siding was installed but it all needs to be taken down and installed properly
We went to the owner of Dynasty and the project manager with all of our concerns about the poor workmanship and they agreed to redo only some of it On their second attempt with the fascia metal they were still unable to produce quality work At that point they walked away from the project leaving us with no materials to finish the project nor our money back
After months of stress and little to show for it Do NOT hire this company unless you have money to throw away

From day my wife and I were comfortable working with the owner *** He worked with and gave a us a fair and reasonable estimate He, *** and the other workers did a great job and paid attention to every detail to be sure the job was done right and in a timely manner *** even assisted with some other jobs that were added on a different contract We have discussed having them perform more work for us in the Spring by replacing all of our windows They are good for carpentry, dry wall, painting, plumbing, carpeting, roofing, gutters and snow removal We personally used the services above however they offer many others as well I would use them again and would recommend them to everyone Thanks for a great job *** and ***

I was sort of skeptical about a picking a good roofing company, to help put a roof on our homeI am very picky when it comes to my home, an I know there are alot of different contractorsSo picking the right one was hard, until I spoke to dynasty remodelingThe made me feel at peace and explained every question I hadThey were very straight forward, and precise on their description of their service too! I normally don\'t write reviews, but they went above and beyondThey gave me solace, knowing I went with the right company to restore my roofI am from Perrysburg, OH by the way, An I would like to add they work very efficientAn this is why I am going out of my way to write this! It only took them dayToo tear off and replaced my entire roof!\r\nI was worried about finding nails and debris, but they assured me there would be no worries or messClean up was great, no nails found btw! An crew was polite and friendlyI wasnt expecting this out of a roofing company, but the have exceeded my needsAn I am very happy for the way it all turned out, an my roof looks beautiful!

When we first contacted this company, we were very impressed with the director of operations who came to our home. He was polished, professional, and had great ideas. We hired the company for a complete remodel of our bathroom. After they had our money, everything changed. Phone calls and text messages went unanswered, and when I was finally called back after demanding answers, I was told not to call anymore because they didn't have time to call me back "every time I had some little problem." They made numerous verbal commitments which were broken again and again. They did not begin work until 6 weeks after the contract was signed and the "3 week" remodel project was no where near completion after 9 weeks of sporadic, unpredictable, unprofessional work.

They were paid a substantial amount of money and we are losing a significant portion of it for the sake of severing ties with the arrogant and inappropriate behavior of their crude, unskilled employees and director of operations.

I would never recommend them for any type of work. This entire experience has been a complete nightmare.

2 weeks later a different contractor (plumber on another job) discovered venting had fallen off and electrical connections were NOT to code. They were left out above the 2nd floor boxes right among the insulation. Another call to express my great concern, and a crew was sent out to correct. After several hours and me watching every bit of work, it seems they have completed it correctly. this took 4 days out of my schedule for something that should have been one, and it was, in my opinion, overpriced. I wish I had been able to wait for another contractor's schedule to open up. I see now why Dynasty was available, and I feel fortunate that someone spotted these issues before it caused a major problem.
I do NOT recommend hiring this company.

I responded to an Ad in local paper for a painting company. Director of Operations came to the house and we spent 30 minutes going room by room so I could receive complete quotation. Upon receipt, quote was similar to others for same type of house so we signed agreement and gave them 50% deposit. Three days after signing but before painting started, I received phone call from office manager stating that "it is going to cost $1500 or close to 50% more than was quoted and signed in agreement. No reason was given for increase. We did not agree to this bait and switch and insisted on the painting being performed to the original agreement. What was performed was terrible job, paint all over new cupboards, new shower, natural wood staircase etc. We were forced to hire others to complete the job.

I worked with Dynasty Remodeling LLC Company this past fall to remodel my kitchen. My wife had been asking for years, and after our friends had this company do their kitchen, we knew that we had to have them come do ours. They worked for us to give us just what we wanted, door styles and color. My father was a carpenter for 35 years, so I've picked up a thing or two, and I could tell that these guys don't cut corners. Everything looks just great. They were done when they said they would be done, and everyone was really professional. They didn't go over the predicted time or over our budget. It can be hard finding a truly trustworthy company that won't take you for a ride or attempt to rip you off, but after getting the recommendation from our friends, I'm sure we'll recommend them to many more. Poor estimate on painting job. Poor explanation of estimate despite request for a detailed estimate. A 4 room paint job without trim took 2 full weeks because only one painter was present for 3 days a week. Painter was professional and did a good job, but overall I was very dissatisfied with my customer experience.

During a recent inspections, after which I plan to put my house up for sale, it was noted how much rotted wood and mold is on the inside of my attic and could easily have been replaced at the same time as my new roof. I contracted with Dynasty on 4/27 to complete work on a bar and grill on 5/11 and 5/16. They did not show up on either day. I kept calling and calling the front desk and no one would give me an answer as to when someone would come out and why I wasn't put on a schedule. Finally on 5/31 they came and dropped off rock for concrete work, the next day the dropped off some bar and wood to frame the concrete. There was never any work done. The rock sat idle for 18 days in my driveway. Meanwhile [redacted] the Director promised people to my residence on multiple occasions and no one ever showed. [redacted] the front desk girl said someone would be out the day before Father's day, and again no show. I left for work for two weeks as I did not the rock sitting in my driveway where my wife and son could not park the cars, I returned the rock to their facility and text [redacted] again.

I had mentioned to him that they were in breach of contract for not showing up. They kept telling me that I "canceled" my contract with them. I never specifically said I was canceling my contract, they never returned phone calls, never did anything. [redacted] Directly told me that their contracts have no end dates and that I can try and sue because they "been through this rodeo before". Based on body language and what was said, these guys had no interest in doing my project and were trying to keep my money, hoping a judge would award them a "canceled" contract verdict. Based on their prior lawsuits in Wood County, these guys seem to be something else.

Also, for all those reading, please avoid their "50%" deposit. I've dealt with other contractors and they said that is a farse to make someone put that much money down. The guy who came out and did the actual work was fantastic and I paid when the job was done.

My husband and I had a home built by a builder that does a lot of homes in our area. We were thrilled to move into our home, but soon after, things started going wrong and it became clear that our builder had washed their hands of us and had no intention of fixing things.

Our house was riddled with poor workmanship, and when we went looking for a trustworthy handyman or other contractor, a trusted friend suggested Dynasty Remodeling. We had them come over and give us some quotes for some of the various issues in our home, and we got a fantastic impression. They were definitely experienced and understood right away what the problems were without us having to explain. After that, we decided to move forward with some of these projects, and everything was done to our satisfaction.

Getting a better home inspector might have saved us from having to go down this road at all, but I am so glad that we chose to work with this company. We have them to thank for a house that is no longer drafty, a roof that doesn't leak, a bathroom that vents properly, and a number of cosmetic mistakes that the careless workers our builder used made. Their pricing is on par with what we've been quoted elsewhere, but at this point we are no longer seeking second quotes whenever we need something.

I made the mistake of contracting with this company in June of this year. I am still as of this October attempting to resolve the terms of a cancellation of contract. They have been difficult to deal with from day one and at every level appear to be unprofessional, unreliable, and unorganized. The other complaints and negative reviews found here indicate an unfortunate and problematic pattern. I have tried to be diplomatic and given them as many opportunities as possible. They have failed at every turn. I just wish to be done and move on. I am ashamed of the mistake I made in hiring this company and hope that others learn from it and avoid this company. A thoroughly unpleasant experience all around.
