Dynasty roofing was contracted by the prior owner for replacement of the roof prior to sale of homeThe roof was replaced in January I purchased the home January 25, 2016.The report indicates damage to the A/C line was a result of roofing nailThe unit, the lines and the refrigerant require replacement as a result of the damage to the line.The roof was replaced within the past monthsThe A/C unit was properly installedAs a fair settlement, I am requesting Dynasty to pay for the repairs caused by the damage to the line and replacement of refrigerant (not the A/C whole unit) The total cost was $ [redacted] ***

We regret to hear that Ms [redacted] is having these issues and we appreciate the opportunity to respond to this matter.Unfortunately, we do not know Ms [redacted] as we were contracted to replace the roof by the original owners of the property in December, All parties agreed to the terms listed in our contract (attached) that clearly state that Dynasty will not be held liable for punctured AC lines.Again, we regret that Ms [redacted] is having this issue, however, we have a signed agreement that clarifies the limitations for both parties involved.Thank you for your assistance in the matter[redacted] ***

The roof was replaced in January 2016.  I purchased the home January 25, 2016.The report indicates damage to the A/C line was a result of roofing nail. The unit, the lines and the refrigerant require replacement as a result of the damage to the line.The roof was replaced within the past 6 months. The A/C unit was properly installed. As a fair settlement, I am requesting Dynasty to pay for the repairs caused by the damage to the line and replacement of refrigerant (not the A/C whole unit).  The total cost was $938.00.
