HORRIBLE COMPANY !

I WAS TRAINING FOR 3 WEEKS NONE STOP FOR THIS COMOANY...THEY GAVE ME ACCESS TO SOMETHING THAT I WASNT SUPPOSED TO BE DOING FOR MY TRAINING ..THEY TOLD ME THATS WHAT I NEEDED TO DO FOR TRAINING BUT IT WASNT ! THEY SENT ME AN EMAIL 3 WEEKS AFTER THEY KNEW I WAS DOING THE WRONG TRAINING AND THEY CONTINUED TO LET ME DO THE WRONG ONES KNOWING I WASNT DOING IT RIGHT AT ALL... I HAD QUESTIONS ABOUT THE TRAINING AND NO ONE WOULD GET BACK TO ME AT ALL...THEN I RECEIVED AN EMAIL TODAY STATING THAT I CAN'T DO THE REAL TRAINING FOR OVER A MONTH NOW !..! THIS COMPANY IS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL IT MAKES NO SENSE TO ME AS TO WHY THEY GIVE PEOPLE THE RUN AROUND WASTING THEIR TIME FOR ABSOLUTELY NO RESON AT ALL... THEY WONT EVEN PAY ME FOR MY TIME FOR LEARNING LITERALLY ABOUT THE WHOLE ENTIRE PROGRAM AND HOW IT WORKS! ""DO NOT GIVE YOUR TIME TO THIS COMPANY WHAT SO EVER"" AS YOU WILL GREATLY REGRET IT ! I used to take survey calls for the company and then my computer got broken and couldnt take calls for a while then I got a different computer and needed my password to start taking calls again and the response I got was that dynata doesnt want me taking calls for them anymore and I dont know why because I havent done anything wrong

Opinion outpost banned my account after almost 4-5 years. The only reason is because I did an online focus group for $180. Now all the points are sitting in a banned account. I was hoping to use that for Christmas this year . I really enjoyed this website and I never had two accounts or faked my way through surveys. It's become a scam now and it's not right.

What everyone is saying is completely true. This website is a scam. You will take surveys, attempt to cash out, there will be an error code, and then when you email them, they tell you your account will be deleted because you have another one. Do not use this company. They need to be shut down.

Horrible!! Like everyone else had $70 tried to cash out and received the same message everyone else is getting. Account being indefinitely suspended for having more than one account and inaccurate answers which is not true. They can at least let you have the money that you earned!

I spent over an hour on a survey and on the last question the survey ended and said that I did not qualify for the earnings of the survey because I rushed through the questions and did not answer them thoroughly enough. So after that I said screw this went to cash out the few points I had earned. 108 points which is 10 bucks. Went through the process to check out and receive my amazon gift card and it said an error occurred please try back later. Tried to cash out with a visa card only to be greeted by the same message. So I sent an email to the company explaining that it would not let me cash out and now I can not even log into my account. It says my password is incorrect. I click on forgot password to reset it and it never sends the link to my email to reset. This company is an absolute scam!!! If you like filling out surveys for free then this is the site for you, if not dont waste your time.

I summited every survey I could over the month had over 365 points I go to cash out 350 points in amazon and the freeze my account claim some data issues after trying to call them emailing them ect. the only response I got was they will look into it and get back to me and not to fill out another email about it will just delay there process. 1.) when will you get back to me 2.) I spent many weeks working on surveys to basically never see the money (hmm seems a little sketchy to me). I have now read tons of reviews from people this is a common practice for them. I earned it just want my 35.00 in amazon gift cards and be done with them

I was taking surveys daily for this company and received my pay outs as stated just fine, then suddenly they froze my account. After an email, they reinstated my account and froze the account again within 2 weeks. They owe me $30.00 and conveniently decided to freeze my account again with no explanation whatsoever. I don’t understand their shady business practices. They will also have you feel out lengthy survey questions and then tell you that you don’t qualify. They are very misleading in what they state they do. I would not recommend this site to anyone, you won’t get treated fairly and they basically want your opinion for free. I don’t see how they stay in business with all the bad reviews I’ve read about them. I wish I would have investigated them further before doing work for free.

Was a member of Opinion Outpost for 8 years, then several weeks ago received an email from their so called Customer Support that my account was being suspended for so called "data concerns" and also implied inaccuracy and me having a second account (which is not true). Emails sent to them asking why my account was terminated for no reason when I tried to cash out my earned balance resulting in receiving more of the same computerized response emails. It appears to me that they are randomly selecting good accounts to suspend when someone attempts to cash out a balance. I sent additional emails saying they could go ahead and suspend my account but legally they should pay people the money balance they have earned. It is fraud and illegal to keep money earned. I received "no response" to this request. These tactics by Opinion Outpost have apparently been going on for years. Suspending a certain percentage of accounts and keeping earnings allows for them to avoid paying everyone and can result in a nice profit.

Garbage company with garbage practices. My account was freezes permanently for vague reasoning even though I had used the site for over a year. If I could give it no stars, I would, for anyone using survey sites for cash, I wouldn’t rely on this one.
