The techs called before they arrived, as scheduled My dryer was the issue, however, they were unable to diagnose the problem, since it now started as normal They immediately asked me more questions, but explained it would not be beneficial to proceed They chose not to charge me because there was nothing they could do I really appreciate their honesty and decision not to charge for their time I would call them again with any issueVery professional!
